A few minute’s walk away is a large dog walking field, tennis courts (free for guests) restaurant/bar and well stocked shop. On the residential side of St Merryn Park. Located near Tor View and Palm Cottage so ideal for 3 families. A surprisingly spacious detached Swiss style chalet bungalow, fitted out to a high standard, with every home comfort. The ground floor is spacious and light, with two large double bedrooms both with king size beds, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, both bedrooms have spacious en-suite bathrooms. Main bedroom also has walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have ample room for an extra bed.The open planned hallway leads into a light and comfortable lounge with triple aspect windows sofas and leather armchairs. large flat screen TV - DVD. CD. Radio and wifi. French doors lead you out from the lounge onto a enclosed decking area, garden furniture and BBQ. The garden surrounds the house with palm trees lining the perimeter of the garden. The ground floor has a utility room with ample worktops, cupboards, washing machine & tumble drier.

First floor - stairs lead you to an extra lounge area with leather armchairs,

TV & juliette balcony. A very well equipped kitchen & dining area large oak

table with seating for 6, electric range style cooker with 2 ovens. Dishwasher, larder fridge, freezer, microwave, ample worktops & cupboards.

This is a comfortable family home that we have been letting for several years, and I am very happy to say that the visitors book is full of good reports, guests (who have become friends) return frequently to enjoy another holiday, so we hope that we can continue to make sure everyone
