Tired and very dirty

  • 1 of 5

We knew the interior would be tired from the photos. However, we were shocked at how dirty it was. There were hairs in all of the beds, all carpets and floors were unclean. The cutlery and pans all had old food stuck on - they were unusable. The cooker and fridge were disgusting, couldn't be used. A cleaner was sent back but we still had to spend our first day cleaning. The owner was completely disinterested. Would not recommend staying here.

Tired and dirty property

  • 1 of 5

We knew from the photos the property was dated and it was. The shock was how dirty the inside was. Hair in all of the beds; unclean carpets and floors: dirty (had dried food on) crockery, cutlery and food utensils; fridge and oven were so dirty they were unusable. Whilst the cleaner did revisit which helped a bit, really the property is in need of a deep clean. the owner offered no apology. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.
