House nr Clare, Suffolk, England - Farm Property With Off Road Walking

Attractive, 5* rated, modern house set in its own large riverside garden with a hot tub, outdoor seating and barbecue, swings and other outdoor games. It has two sitting areas with wood burners, modern fully-equipped kitchen and there is underfloor heating throughout. The three main bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, with an additional twin room available. A separate games barn makes it perfect for all age groups. There is good disabled access and dogs are allowed.

About George Unwin

My wife, Sarah, and I live in the adjacent farmhouse. My parents and a brother live locally and are on hand to help out with the property if we are absent. Our aim is to give our clients the best possible holiday and we pride ourselves on catering for a wide range of ages and interests. A member of the family is usually nearby to give help or advice if necessary.

Why George Unwin chose Suffolk

We carefully converted a farm building to create The Grain House which is a light, spacious building with a high standard of finish and design. We have tried to include everything that you might want in a holiday home and we are open to recommendations from our guests. It is perfectly situated for visiting many places of historic/ cultural interest and has plenty of attractions locally for all ages.

What makes this house unique

We have installed a hot tub in the garden, immediately outside the house, which is proving very popular. We also have a games barn adjacent to the house.

It has 2 sitting areas, both with log fires and there is underfloor heating throughout, so you won't be cold!

We have successfully catered for several disabled guests.

The private garden is fenced and there is plenty of room for croquet, badminton etc, which we provide.

We are happy to take dogs (2 max).

All it says it is and more

The property is well maintained and clean. It had all we needed.

The garden is properly fenced and very good for dogs.

We went on several walks following rain and the utility is wonderful for drying wet clothes. To come home to a Hot Tub after a long walk was a bonus!

I would certainly recommend it to anyone.

We thought it was better than it looked on the web site. The owners asked for suggestions to improve it and we could not think of any!

Outside: Large, private garden with a hot tub on the patio, Outdoor table and chairs, barbecue and sun loungers are provided. Swings, croquet and badminton set are all available. Utility Room: Large utility room with washing machine and drying rack. Also vacuum cleaner brooms, mops etc. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen and towels are included and refreshed once a week. The house is always immaculately clean at the start of each let and cleaning during a stay can be arranged. Other: Separate comfortable sitting room with open fire, TV and Wifi. There is a large hall and a cloakroom with WC.
