This villa is absolutely amazing, offering unbeatable value during all times of the year, at just £595 per week for 2 people sharing off-peak (of which there are 38 weeks in the calendar year), please add £95 per week off-peak for each extra person up to a maximum of 8 people. This luxurious and spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa stands alone (detached) on its own private grounds, sleeps 6-8 (in proper full size extremely comfortable and sumptuous beds imported from the U.S.A. to Lanzarote, as opposed to the back breaking, uncomfortable & cheap camping type bed which is the standard fare throughout the Islands).Fully air conditioned throughout as and from Thursday 10th November 2016, on which date the newly commissioned high spec air conditioning system will have been installed and be available. Awake refreshed and re-invigorated after a great nights sleep to a villa that is finished, furnished and appointed to the highest standards, have brekkie on your spacious and extremely private sun terrace and courtyard which is not overlooked, or sit and relax in your large hot-tub and enjoy the villas mesmerising, panoramic sea views overlooking the old harbour, mountains and Fuerteventura in the distance. The villa also has flat screen TVs throughout and full Sky package included. Movies. Free wi fi with phone and fax if required.

Street side parking is available, though car hire is not necessary as all amenities are close-by.

Even though close to all amenities,the villa is located in a peaceful and quiet area. The villa does have private parking behind the villas private automatic gates, and street side parking is also available. The villa is furnished and appointed to the highest standards,far above and in excess of what is considered normal in Lanzarote,with all quality furnishings and electrical appliances having been imported for convenience and ease of use through English language instructions. eg: washing machine/dryer/TV/DVD.

Stunning Villa - Amazing Views

We just wanted to thank the owners so much for sharing their beautiful Lanzarote home with us.

Although we have been visiting the island for nearly 17 years, this has without doubt been our favourite stay. The accommodation is amazing and we could never grow tired of the stunning view. Peter and Adrienne were so helpful; it's very reassuring to have such lovely local contact.

The location was perfect for us; quiet enough to relax completely, but still close enough to walk to restaurants and shops (particularly the delicious Marios restaurant).

Thank you again for such a wonderful stay.

Absolutely amazing

Fantastic location, this villa was amazing. We stayed with our 15 yr old son, 24 yr old daughter and Mother-in-law for 2 weeks during Christmas of last year and it was fantastic. The pictures of the Villa, eventhough are great do not really do it justice. We met Peter and Vivienne who look after the property and they were lovely, had to call them on arrival to figure out how to use the Cooker….responded immediately and arrived to explain exactly what to do. Had a very enjoyable 2 weeks and had our deposit refunded within 1 week of returning home. Would highly recommend this Villa to anybody looking forward to a luxurious holiday. Thank you to both Shirley or Johanna. PS. Loved the Hot Tub Xx

I cannot recommend this villa enough! Superbly furnished, the kitchen kitted out with everything you could possibly need to make every kind of meal type from snack to fine dining (including baking utensils). A lovely quiet area but close enough to everything that a little 20 min walk would bring you to the main strip in Puerto Del Carmen. We hired a car to explore the island at our leisure however there is a bus stop just outside the apartment so you can get around quite easily! We would happily stay here again if we go back to Lanzarote.
