Villa in Selca, Island of Brac, Dalmatian Coast, Croatia - Peaceful Location, 5 Minutes Drive To The Beach & Harbour Of Sumartin

Villa Spila is a traditional Dalmatian stone house, which was completely renovated in 2004. This charming traditional Croatian house sleeps 6 people, but can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. In front of the house, there is a spacious terrace (70m2) with a big outdoor stone barbecue, and a huge 500m2 flower-filled garden. It makes for a perfect base to explore the island of Brac & other Dalmatian islands. To make your holiday on Brac as pleasant as possible, the house has been equipped with everything you might need for your stay, and the interior and grounds have been tastefully designed for your enjoyment. Parking space for up to 5 cars is also available at the property.

Having been close family friends for a number of years, my wife Kirsten & I are representing this house on behalf of the Jelincic family & helping them with enquiries & bookings - we are not the Owners; but we are the "Owners Direct" in terms of their needs...

The owners Zlatko (aka Goldy) & Mirjana are our personal friends: Zlatko is the property manager of our own house in Splitska on the island of Brac; his lovely wife Mirjana is our housekeeper & they maintain our house for each & every guest who visits to the highest standards one could imagine.

Being the owners of this house, Villa Spila, you can expect the same high standards from them & feel sure that they will go out of their way to make you comfortable during your stay.

Brac's island got really amazing scenery and landscape.

neben der sehr schönen terasse hat uns am meisten der riesige grillkamin gefallen. das holz wurde vom hausbesitzer kostenlos bereitgestellt. das gegrillte fleisch war perfekt!

The nearest airports are Split & Dubrovnik.

The island is reached by ferry from the mainland: either Split to Supetar (45 minutes drive from the house), or Markarska to Sumartin (5 minutes drive from the house).

During peak season, the airport on the island (Bol / Brac) is served by short 45 minute flights from Zagreb, as well as several charter airlines from various countries. Brac Airport is a mere 20 minute drive from the house.
