Perfectly located on Talamanca beach, this very comfortable apartment features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a kitchen all equipped (+washing machine + dishwasher), a large living room with sea view and opening on the terrace, and 2 dining areas indoor and outdoor. The master bedroom also opens on the terrace and has a sea view. The terrace south oriented has a chillout side and a outdoor dining area. The white color in the apartment make it fresh, and relaxing. It is beautifully equipped with elegant and comfortable furnitures. It is a residential area perfect to be on the beach and at same time walking distance form bars and restaurants of Talamanca Bay. You can also walk along Talamanca bay and access to Botafoc, where are more restaurants, shopping stores, taxi head and the taxi-boat to Ibiza center. For more facilities, a grocery in the street and a bus line close to the apartment. Maximum of guest allowed: 4 people.

Ibiza center is walking distance along the bay to Talamanca and following along the Marina: total walk time 30mn, or taxi boat (stop in between Talamanca bay and the Marina, 10mn walking from home). By bus (stop at 1mn walk from home)

Talamanca Beach

Talamanca Beach borders the Bay next to the harbour. It is separated by an isthmus, where the Botafoch lighthouse is located. It has the advantage of being near the city centre but offering a paradisiacal landscape. Always protected from the wind, it has thin natural sand. It is 900 metres long (the longest in the municipality) and 25-30 metres wide.

In addition, this beach offers many services, what makes it a nice and convenient place, excellent for dinghy sailing. It can be accessed by public transport, car, bicycle, or even on foot. Another popular form of transport is the so called “barca de Talamanca”, a boat that takes you to this beach from the Eivissa harbour.

Size: 930m long and 30 m wide.

Orientation: southeast. Winds from the South, from sea to land.

Composition (substratum): natural fine sand.

Sea bed: Sand predomination; after a certain depth, we find seaweed and rocky areas.

Environment: residential, tourist.
