This is a high quality apartment, newly built in 2012, that is sure to be a popular rental. It is located on the west of Juan les Pins, close to Parc Exflora. The beach is just a few minutes walk away and a 10 minutes walk along the beach will bring you to the centre of Juan les Pins, where there are numerous restaurants, boutiques and bars for you to enjoy.

This is a wonderful property, exactly as pictured and the entire block is finished to a avery high standard.

I stayed here with my husband and 2 year old daughter for 6 nights at the beginning of May. We had a wonderful holiday. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, shops, and all amenities. Juan les Pins is a fantastic beach town with plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. It is possible to walk to Antibes (about 4 miles) which has more character and a wonderful atmosphere, and to Golfe Juan (2 miles) and we also took the train to Cannes (10 minute journey) which is really easy to do with a pram.

The apartment itself was accessible. It was very secure and comfortable. It has everything you need and was handy having the washing machine with a toddler! We were met by Sylvie who was extremely helpful and Janne came to check us out. Janne was very responsive in advance of our trip, answering all of our questions. She even recommended a driver to collect us from the airport which was very reasonably priced and helpful. The only issue we had was the pool wasn't heated because of a problem, but we had the pool area to ourself and it didn't stop us from relaxing beside it. You need to pay extra for linens and cleaning, which is standard, and although all costs were mentioned up front, i felt it was expensive.

I would definitely recommend this apartment and area to stay in and I think we will be back. We loved it.

2 minutes walk to the public sandy beach of Juan les Pins, a ten minute walk along the beach will take you to the centre of Juan les Pins and the private beaches and restaurants where you can dine with your toes in the sand whilst the children play happily, bliss!

Nice Cote d'Azur Airport is 22km. Although there is parking at this apartment a car is not essential and many guests prefer to use public transport as finding a place to park when you go out for the day can sometimes be a challenge.
