Cosy well equipped 2-bedroom apartment with bathroom and separate WC offering spectacular views over Cap Ferrat from its balcony. The apartment is 27 km from Nice, 8km from Monaco and 30 km from Ventimiglia on the Italian Border. This comfortable private home is perfectly located to allow you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Cote D'Azur in both comfort and style. The Master bedroom contains a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The sitting room is generous in size and has sliding glass doors at one end which lead out on to the good sized balcony.

The apartment was bought by an English Family thirty years ago. Their twin daughters have spent many a summer in the South of France. They have tired to create a comfortable, cosy and relaxing home, which works for people of all ages.

With all the necessary mod cons they hope you will be able to enjoy the apartment and Cote D’Azur as much as we have.

The apartment at Eze is in a beautiful location with lovely surrounding areas. The self catering flat had a verandah with stunning views and the inside of the flat was spacious and comfortable with a large sitting room. We had access to a communal pool and the beaches were either a walk or taxi ride Away. Manage to catch some sun and also get to know the South of France - very pretty area with delicious food - We plan to return very soon.

Stunning position and View

I have stayed in this apartment often as I love it. It is near to the beach, good shops and restaurants and there are so many places to explore within a short drive. The apartment is quiet, fairly spacious and has everything needed for a good holiday. I thoroughly recommend it.

Wonderfully relaxing holiday!

Whether it's warm enough to eat on the balcony or not, the view of the mediaeval castle and the bay beneath is absolutely stunning. It is quite difficult to tear oneself away to sightsee: there is so much right on the doorstep! A highlight was crossing the border to the Italian market at Ventimiglia: take a large empty suitcase! As well as the well trodden tourist areas, we explored little known places in the hills. The apartment has a lovely atmosphere, everything at your fingertips. Superb!

Superb accomodation

Excellent immaculately kept apartment , stunning location, over looking the medieval town of Eze, and Cap ferat ....the town of Eze is lit up in the evening. Totally.breathtaking ....

The main road gives easy access to Monaco and Nice... Great restaurants in all surrounding areas...and in Eze all provisions can be purchased with no more than a 5 min walk ...

The medieval town is so beautiful , with many quirky shops and lovely pit stops for coffee ... Wine..& nibbles ...

The apartment is of 5* plus standard, with every conceivable thing you may require...

Immaculately clean...with the interior being done out to a very high standard, in a classy yet homely feel...

Bonus being....plenty interesting reading material about the local areas,

I highly recommend this apartment for an unforgettable break away

Stunning Seaview apartment

My husband and I stayed in this apartment not realising when we booked how amazing it's position was. Stunning views of the sea below and of the moorish type village of Eze light up at night. We walked to the bakery every morning and ate by the sea at night. We had quiet nights in on the balcony having bought food at the grocer in the village and then some nights we went to beau lieu and one night Monaco. The pool was a blessing come Mid day when it got quite warm for April. Lovely holiday.

Perfect holiday apartment

We loved our stay at this lovely little apartment which is very tastefully decorated with everything you need for a relaxing French holiday on the stunning French Riviera. The apartment has everything you need by way of linen etc and the kitchen is well equipped. The view from the apartment is one of the loveliest you will ever have seen and we will be back to savour it again!

Cosy apartment with wonderful views

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment at the end of the summer last year when i visited Nice to go to a family wedding. Great location for enjoying both a beach and sightseeing holiday.

The large clear communal pool, with beautiful views over Cap Ferrat, is a stone throw away from the apartment. The nearest beach is 10 minutes in the car. You can venture to the amazing markets of Italy in about an hour and as for the local area there is so much to see and do it is hard to know where to start. On top of all of this in the surrounding area you are spoilt for choice with regards to restaurants. We had a truly relaxing and enjoyable holiday and hope to return soon.

They decided to buy the apartment because the Cote D’Azur has so much to offer you simply cant get bored of the area - They went for this apartment because it is easy to maintain and although it is located close to Eze village it is in a very quiet area which enjoys view over Cap Ferrat which have to be seen to be believed.
