Villamartin is a popular choice for families and couples and is a well-known golfer's paradise with so many top courses close by including Villamartin, Campoamor, and Las Ramblas.

About JULIE

I live in England with my partner and our 2 children. My partner and I both work, but spend most of our holidays in Spain, we have made many friends in our local community and have really fallen in love with the country. We have owned the property from new since 2007. There's lots to do and places to see, and caters for those who want a quiet relaxing holiday or for those who would prefer a more active holiday, there are many good quality golf courses in the near and surrounding area. The property is a 5/10 mins walk to Villa Martin Plaza which has lots of bars and restaurants. The local bus service is regular and will take you to the beaches or the shopping malls. We are always sad when leaving and can't wait to come back

Why JULIE chose Alicante Province and Costa Blanca

We looked at many areas in this region, Villamartin has lots to offer, the apartment is in a quiet gated community but is only a 5/10 min walk to the local bars and restaurants. If you want to go a bit further afield, i.e. Cartagena & Murcia are great places for culture and are easy to drive to.

Our property is conveniently located in a quieter area of Villamartin, the pool area and gardens are lovely, clean and well tended to.

There are many blue flag beaches, 10 mins away and can be reach either by local bus or car

Travel:

Murcia (San Javier) is the nearest airport, 20 mins

Alicante airport is 60 mins

Distances:

5/10 minutes walk to Villamartin Plaza for shops, bars and restaurants.

Further Details:

La Zenia Boulevard / Mall is 5 mins away by car. A great place for shopping and eating out.

There is a go cart / children's activity centre on the N332 along with many more thing to do

Notes on accommodation: A modern property with a light and airy holiday feel. Outside: There is a small garden to the rear of the property. Utility Room: Contains the washing machine, iron and hoover Cleaning / Towels / Linen :- All towels and bed linen supplied. Property is cleaned at the end of the holiday. The Cleaning fee is 50 euros and the linen fee is 5 euros per person. Other: Stairs lead from the veranda to the roof top solarium where there is a dining area and chairs, BBQ. Fantastic holiday at this apartment...........AGAIN!

This was our 6th visit to this apartment, needless to say, we love it.

There is everything you need, it's a real home from home.

It's also in an excellent position, easy access to all the other lovely places on the Orihuela Costa.

Can't rate this apartment highly enough and the owners' communication is excellent.

Superb villa

Great place spotlessly clean very thing you could want in the place even beach towels ,nice and quiet but only a 10 mins walk to the main square of villamartin.

Wonderful third stay at apartment

This was our third time at Julie & Mark's apartment and it is a real home from home. We feel so relaxed when we are there. We love exploring the local area and this apartment provides an excellent base.

The apartment has everything you would need, it is very well maintained and Julie's communication has been excellent.

We had such a good time here that we have booked to come back another 2 times this year!

Comfortable and well located

My wife and I stayed in Julie's apartment in Villamartin for a week in November. We found the apartment to be clean, comfortable and furnished to a very good standard. The bathrooms and kitchen were modern and a good standard. It's and ideal base if you want to tour the area. The coastal towns/villages close by are varied and enjoyable to visit. It was great driving down to Surfers bar/restaurant near the beach at Playa Flamenca for a coffee in the morning and then a stroll along the coastal promenade. Surfers also do a very nice Sunday roast. The apartment is an easy stroll from Villamartin Plaza which has quite a few places to eat & drink. The weather was warm every day bar one when it was breezy. The warm weather generally lasted from 10.30 until 5.00. The nights could get chilly although 2 or 3 nights were about 13c. Most of Europe was suffering from a cold snap in the middle of our stay so we may have had it cooler than normal on a couple of days. Some areas were very quiet which you would expect in November. It would be interesting to return in a busier time. I'd book again when we return to the area which I'm sure we will. Thank you for allowing us to use your apartment.

Beautiful apartment

Stayed for 6 nights, the apartment is in a gated complex so nice and secure and also good if you have children. The apartment was well equipped had everything you needed a home from home, even supplied beach towels and mats which was great as we were traveling light on Ryanair!!! The gardens and pool were spotless and it's about a 15 min stroll up to the plaza where there are numerous bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this apartment.
