All apartment are in perfect location, directly facing the sea, 5 minutes walk to the beach. around a huge amount of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops.

Booking Notes:
To secure a booking 20% deposit required, the remainder due four weeks before travel.
Late bookings, within four weeks must be paid in full.
Check in 12 a.m. check out 10 a.m., but if no gests after you can stay longer
Keys will be handed to you by arrival.
Cleaning fee is 50-70 EUR by arrival and 150 EUR diposit which you will get by departure if the keys and apartment is Ok.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival and departure can be late. 50-70 Euro for cleaning.
150 Euro breakage deposit is required . It will be returned after the apt. is checked for loss and damage

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement très fonctionnel pour un couple comme nous avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Ajouté à cela une météo très favorable pour la saison et de longues balades sur la promenade de la plage de Cala Millor , tout était réuni pour d'excellentes vacances de Noël.tranquilles et ensoleillées.

Nous recommandons cet appartement pour un couple même avec un enfant

Coast/Beach:

5 minute walk to the beach with white sand

Travel:

Palma airport 65 km, train station in Manacor 12 km, car in Cala Millor is really not needed.

Further Details:

Cala Millor is a prime family holiday resort, the largest developed resort on the east coast. Not only has is got magnificent beaches, with gently sloping sand, but a grand promenade for cyclists and walkers. Getting around has never been such fun from horse drawn carts and the fun train which trundles to and from neighbouring resorts.

From horse riding, water sports, tennis/padel, diving school and go karting for the more active, to bargain hunting at the local market and souvenir searching for those shoppers.

There are plenty of local restaurants/bars serving international cuisine, British owned restaurants and the more local Spanish/'tapas' bars who will cater for the tourists at a fraction of the cost.

Local attractions include safari zoo, 'la reserva' all inclusive complex with pools and slides, and for an unforgettable night out Son Amar or Pirates Adventures.
