The 19th Villa in Anfi Tauro Topaz is a large, 3 bedroom villa is the most spectacular in the popular Anfi Tauro complex in the quiet and idyllic Tauro valley.

Imagine waking up to the sounds of tweeting birds as the sun rises over the golf course beside the villa. Take a dip in the private heated salt water swimming pool then relax in the hot-tub. We recently installed a new hot tub. When you are up for it, brew some coffee and have breakfast in the garden. Plenty of time for golfing or sunbathing.

The lush tropical garden has sun all day, sun loungers and a private heated swimming pool with salt water (no chemicals). In the garden there is also a built-in charcoal BBQ in addition to a separate gas BBQ and a practical sink for outdoor cooking. This bungalow offers complete privacy in the back garden with views to the golf course and Atlantic Ocean. The complex also has a common heated salt water swimming pool, a practical supermarket and a nice grill restaurant nearby.

The villa is very well kept and equipped and has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet.

All three large bedrooms have plenty of closet space and a private terrace garden door with direct access to the immaculate private gardens. Master bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom with separate shower room, bathroom and toilet.

All bedrooms are interconnected so ease of access is especially convenient for families.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the big living room has comfortable lounge with TV and many international TV channels (SKY - TV). There is a big dining table both inside and outside.

We have also added a fitness cross-trainer so if you still have energy after the golf, walking, cycling and swimming then you can try this :-)

It's a perfect place to kick back and relax with family and friends.

It is perfect for families and we can provide baby cot, high chair and push buggy for the kids :-)

We have been very successful renting out this villa and have recently purchased a second villa in the same complex so even if this villa is not available, maybe the other villa will be.

We get excellent reviews and as a Project Manager by profession everything is well organised and well planned - taking all the stress out of it so you can just relax and enjoy your well earned break.

What makes this villa unique

The best of everything.... including private heated and salt water pool and separate hot tub. We just installed a new hot tub in March 2016 at great expense. Relax in complete privacy.

The private garden is stunning and is really private. You can get the sun almost the entire day but there is also plenty of shade if you want to escape the heat ;-)

It is perfect for families and we can provide baby cot, high chair and push buggy for the kids :-)

Notes on accommodation: Ideally suited for 6 people although we can accommodate 8. Very well maintained as the owner lives there for almost 6 months every year. The swimming pool is salt water and heated with a jet stream so you can swim against it. Also includes a hot tub for even more chillaxing. The garden captures the sun all day long, all year long. Outside: Private garden area with full BBQ and cooking outside. Overlooking the 1st fairway you can see beautiful sunsets as you relax and take it easy. The private salt water pool is perfect for quick refreshing dip during the day and there is ample space to lounge out and catch the sun. Utility Room: Washing machine and dryer Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Maid cleaning once per week. More frequent visits can be arranged for a small additional cost. Bed linen and towels are provided. Other: The hot tub and private pool are key features that set this property aside from all others. The pool is heated and salt water and regularly cleaned. It has a jet stream so you can swim as if in a large full sized pool.

Very comfortable villa in Anfi Tauro resort

The villa is part of Anfi Tauro golf resort. There are several types of houses and villas in Anfi Tauro and this type is definitely the best one - most comfortable, most pleasant, the best house layout. This particular villa has some sweet extras like heated pool (by the rooftop sun system) and a garden jacuzzi which is great for tired golfers. For your cooking ambitions you can use wel equipped kitchen and 2 garden grills (charcoal and gas). In case ou prefere to be spoiled by proffesional cooks the restaurant with tasty local and international meals is just 2-min walk away (and the grocery shop as well). Golf course is right there and also the golf training area with driving range, putting and chipping greens and pitch and putt golf course. The beach is nearby and large community pool just 1-minute walk. We come back almost every year, the owner always makes some small improvements and the villa is in a great shape.

Nearly perfect

The villa was lovely and very homely with all the extras you could ask for including amazing sky sports tv meaning my hubby could watch the Masters. The nearby golf course was a great course and the two minute drive to Amadores beach and restaurants was great we enjoyed a few days out and some lovely the meals. The ambience of the home and the complex itself was beautiful felt so tranquil and was beautiful to look at. The nearby facilities where perfect and made for a very relaxing holiday. Only real negative was the fact that the pools where to chilly to use in April despite the fact they are meant to be heated. Kids did brave swimming in them both but we didn’t get as much use out of them as we normally would and I think everyone else was in agreement because despite the stunning shared pool it was empty and no one could brave more than 20 minutes at the very most in the pool.

Superb villa and superb location

The villa is ideal for families or groups. Peaceful, but with a very good supermarket and restaurant on site. Plus a good communal pool. Although we didn’t bother with that as the beach and villa pool/hot tub served our needs. Great having Sky Sports, BT Sport and so on to stay in touch with football at home (plus movies and news etc if that’s your thing). Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including filter coffee machine (the supermarket sells papers and coffee). Tauro is a great location. But strongly recommend a car hire to get around - especially as parking most places is free. Unless you’re planning on barbecuing - the on-site supermarket serves needs well and has a brilliant wine, spirits and beer selection. Plus tobacco if you’re a smoker. The beach at Amadores is ideal, and easily the best beach around. It’s €4 for a sunbed per day, but worth it, and the parking is free. Worth getting there early and having breakfast on one of the beach restaurants for about €5. There are plenty of shops selling beer, soft drinks and ice creams - some decent basic restaurants in Amadores, and loads more in nearby Puerto Rico for evenings out. There is also the excellent Guantanamo restaurant which was superb when we visited.

Family friendly house that is highly recommended

It was a great house,who agrees well with pictures and we received a compendium by Gerard with information about Gran Canaria, links to taxis, restaurant recomendations etc. Very useful.

Clean house, wonderful hot tub and pool.

Will definitly visit "the 19th villa" again if we visit Gran Canaria

Beutiful, spacious & homely villa.

Ideally situated if you want all bars/shops/restaurants only a short taxi ride away. Enjoys piece and quiet with a very private garden there is a spar very close and a lovely restaurant also walking distance. Taxi will arrive in a couple of minutes if you want to go into mogan or Puerto Rico. Villa is large with three big bedrooms, 6 sunloungers and an ideal size pool and hot tub. All equipment you could need in the kitchen if you want to cook but two BBQ in the garden too. Gerard was excellent and made sure our stay was fantastic with a welcome pack in the fridge even checking before we left uk if there was anything in particular he could get for us. Lovely stress free holiday.

Tauro is based in the middle of the municipality of Mogan , which is primarily dedicated to tourism.

The main six tourist areas are all within a short drive and comprise Arguineguin, Patalavaca, Anfi del Mar, Puerto Rico, Amadores, Tauro, Playa del Curator, Taurito and Puerto de Mogan,

They all feature a range of restaurants and bars along the avenues and walkways that lead to the end of the beaches.

Amadores beach with its 5 star beach club is less than 5 minutes from the 19th villa.

Travel:

Las Palmas is the closest airport - about 40 minutes drive away. We can arrange airport collection but most people opt to rent a car from the airport.

Distances:

1 minute walk to the local Spar supermarket (fully stocked) and Tauro Grill restaurant.

Further Details:

Perfect for families looking to relax and unwind. Plenty of space in the private garden for the children.
