We have owned and operated a holiday park in South West Cornwall since 2000.
We were attracted to the beauty of the North Cornwall coast and decided that we would like to have a business there also.
Padstow is one of our favourite fishing villages and with good eating establishments many of those owned by the famous chef "Rick Stien".
Rock just accross the bay has been a holiday venue for many of the young Royals.
All cottages have their own individual style, two of the cottages can be made into one, sleeping up to 12 persons.
All four cottages will sleep up to 20 persons, making it an ideal family venue.
Just got back from a fantastic week (April 2013) staying in a beautiful cottage. We have stayed in our caravan on this site for many years but decided to try the cottage & loved it. Very clean & it has a very welcoming feel to it. Brilliant base for exploring Cornwall. Will definitely be returning to the cottages. The Lines family
Its very central to Padstow, Newquay and Wadebridge is just over a mile away with a good size Tesco 1.1miles down the road.
Fantastic stay, I recommend you find the Camel Trail in Wadebridge, next to the cycle hire shop and walk into Padstow (5miles, but flat). I ran the camel trail whilst there and its a lovely run early in the morning, Smith family

Bay Tree Cottage was perfect! The beds were made up on arrival and looked beautiful in their coordinated bedrooms. We were given a bottle of wine and tea and biscuits on arrival which was a lovely touch. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The washing machine was a bonus (no dirty washing to bring home) and a hunt around revealed a clothes horse and pegs. Having our own garden meant we could leave the washing out all day whilst we were out and about and had somewhere for our 7 year old to play. A full size shower, normal fridge and freezer meant we didn't have to compromise as we usually do in a caravan and a full size sofa, two comfortable chairs & a nice dining room table and chairs meant we had all our home comforts. The play area contained a trampoline with nets, swings, football field and boat shaped climbing frame, which was great for filling in time after our days out. The whole site was maintained very well and the gardens and shrubs were all cared for. We found the location perfect for our needs. Located on the A39 it was easy to get anywhere and a little road noise didn't spoil our stay. There were plenty of places to eat out within a five minute drive into Wadebridge and a huge Tesco was only a four minute drive away. We couldn't fault anything at all and are planning to return next summer. It was the best accommodation we have had for years and a chat to others staying on site, revealed that a lot of people come back year after year.
