Seascape overlooks St Ives bay stretching from Godrevey lighthouse to St Ives in a lovely natural unspoilt location. Ideal location for any type of holiday whether it be a beach or walking holiday as well as visiting the many attractions Cornwall has to offer. The property provides everything necessary to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay at any time of year including a full central heating system. The west facing patio to the front of the property is ideal to relax and watch the lovely Cornish sunsets and there is unspoilt farmland to the rear of the property. The property has wi-fi. There is parking for two vehicles at the front of the property.

beautiful well equipped chalet - perfect

my second stay at Seascape and it will always be my first choice if available. The chalet is tastefully decorated and more importantly it is very well equipped. the owners are lovely and very helpful. The views and sunsets are priceless. can't wait to return

beautiful chalet right by our favourite beach

We loved - large comfortable sitting room with great views across bay; lovely crockery, just part of really well equipped kitchen; extra space in conservatory with equally good views across fields (but less used as we love the sea more!); extra large shower with constant hot water

We felt slightly let down as expecting twin bedroom and actually one bed was under the other and had to be put in lounge every night (when pulled out couldn't get to first bed without walking over second). Also picture of garden suggests a grassed area, slightly misleading.

This chalet is so gorgeous it doesn't need to be exaggerated; we loved it and would definitely go back but would have been better to know sleeping arrangements before we went.

Area great for beaches whether families with young children or older teenagers who love water activities, st ives lovely place for evening or padstow for day out further afield, minack theatre worth a visit - however you could just stay on beach!

Be sure to have a cream tea at jam pot cafe

The property is located to give direct access onto National Trust Towans and 3 miles of glorious sandy beach. It overlooks St Ives Bay stretching from Godrevey lighthouse to St Ives in a lovely unspoilt location. It provides a peaceful haven but close to local amenities.

Coast/Beach:

The chalet is approx 100 metres from Hayle beach accessed via National Trust Towans. The beach is 3 miles long and has restrictions on dogs during the high season. It is ideal for children with gently shelving sand and rock pools as well as a surfing area. Surfing lessons are provided locally. The beach is patrolled during the season by the coastgaurd service.

Travel:

The nearest airport to the property is Newquay, Cornwall which is approx 45 minutes away. The nearest train station is St Erth just 10 minutes away.

The property sits just 5 minutes off the A30.

It is recommended guests have a car to take full advantage of the location.

Distances:

The village of Gwithian is 1 mile away. Hayle 3 miles, St Ives 8 miles, Penzance 11 miles, Falmouth 22 miles and Truro 22 miles.

Further Details:

A retail park including a large Marks and Spencers, Boots(24 hour chemist), and Next is 3 miles away at Hayle. Hayle has many shops, banks and restaurants. The lovely holiday location of St Ives with its many facilities is just a 15 minute drive away.

Booking Notes:
There is a deposit of £200 per week with the balance payable 4 weeks before the holiday commences. The deposit is non refundable however we will attempt to rebook and therefore refund your deposit where possible. Please inform owner when booking if a pet is to be included.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday. The accommodation is available from 2pm on day of arrival to be vacated 10am on the last day.

There is also a large Marks and Spencers just a few minutes away. The property is extremely well equipped and offers warm comfortable accommodation suitable for a break at any time of the year. It has the benefit of fantastic views and backs onto unspoilt farm land. Due to the high standard of accommodation provided we have many regulars returning over and over again
