Casa Vice Versa is a 4 bedrooms villa, sleeps 8 refurnished and decorated . Superb accommodation on one level, excepted Bedroom 4 and bathroom 3 which are independent. It has got a look over Moraira‘s Ifach golf and a beautiful sea view. Moraira has a lovely marina with elegant yachts and fishing boats catching fish daily and a club nautico offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are numerous traditional and contemporary restaurants as well as trendy lounge bars to tempt you.

We are a French couple, we have got 2 children. My wife and I both work, and spend most of our holidays in Spain, where we have really fallen in love with this country.

we went in this area several times. we fall in love of Moraira village and we decided to get a property there. We do not regret our choice and we hope you'll spend great time in this peaceful place, as we do each time we come.

What makes this villa unique

Our villa is based in a very pleasant and quiet urbanisation where you can enjoy the song of birds and where you'll find a lot of vegetation which is a big advantage in such a hot area. Once you stay in Moraira, you always want to come back again.

Notes on accommodation: Price includes electricity, water, Wi-Fi, bath towels, bed linen, pool and garden maintenance. No pets are allowed. The villa size is approximately 160 m², in a full enclosed garden of 810 m² with parking and garage. The living accommodation is all on one level, excepted bedroom 4 and bathroom 3 which are on ground floor. Outside: Amenities/facilities: private pool (4x8), for sole use of guest; barbecue, outdoor furniture. Utility Room: The washing machine/tumble dryer is situated in the garage and there is a washing line by the side of the house with pegs and wash basket provided. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The villa is cleaned before your arrival and all bed linen and sets of bath towels are provided. Please bring your beach and pool towels. The villa must be left clean and tidy as you'll find it at your arrival. Other: There is another terrace with the barbecue nearby and leading directly to the kitchen.

Lovely tranquil villa

Wow what a fantastic place. Set in a peaceful location home from home. Everything you need for a worry free holiday is provided. Furnished to a very high standard with comfortable beds. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to holiday in this area. Service from the owners was of a high standard and answered all questions we posed promptly and in full. The local shops are not to far away and there are a number of restaurants in the area we even had take away paella which was very good. A fantastic base in a beautiful part of spain.

Amazing villa

A beautiful villa in a lovely quiet residential area. Stylishly decorated, it had everything we needed and plenty of space for two families, we particularly enjoyed the pool. We had a fantastic two weeks!

Lovely Property

A super property. We had 2 great weeks staying in the villa. Lots of space for everyone. We particularly enjoyed the pool and garden area, spending much of our time here. We all had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Thank you very much!

Perfect holiday villa

A very homely villa in a lovely location. All on one level, very practical for outdoor living, great pool. Quite private - naked sunbathing/swimming not an issue if that is your need. Very tranquil. Smart and stylish inside, with efficient aircon. Does everything a holiday villa should do, with style. Highly recommended.

The villa delivers on all what it promises. It is located in a superb location with wonderful views and all amenities close by.

The villa itself is not just a rental house it is a home which the owners have refurbished and decorated very tastefully. It is comfortable, inviting and one feels at home instantly.

The owners are very correct people and have put heart and soul in their holiday home project.

We staid with two families of 4 and had one of our best holidays, both adults and children.

Eine Villa zum bleiben

Ich schreibe diese Bewertung extra erst nach zwei Wochen, damit sie nicht zu überschwänglich wird.

Wir waren 5 Personen und im Juli in der Villa.

Die Villa steht auf einem recht großen Grundstück. Ebenerdig liegt eine große Garage, Daneben befindet sich ein (separiertes) Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Über die außen liegenden Treppen gelangt man auf die Terasse mit Pool. Auf dieser Ebene befinden sich alle weiteren Räume. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad, 2 weitere Schlafzimmer mit einem dazwischen liegenden Bad, eine Küche und das sehr große Wohnzimmer.

Alles ist sehr vornehm eingerichtet und die Räume sind alle individuell klimatisiert. Der Ausblick vom Pool sowie aus dem Wohnzimmer ist sagenhaft.

Es gibt zwei große Kühl- Gefrierkobinationen, eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. In der Küche gibt es fast alle möglichen Geräte, Töpfe, Pfannen......

Dies war das beste Ferienhaus, welches wir seit 10 Jahren hatten!!!!

Das Beste ist wirklich die Lage und der damit verbundene Ausblick.

Special interest holidays:

Perfect for golfers with direct view over Moraira’s Ifach Golf course, with tennis courts nearby. Restaurants and shops are at 3 min by car.

It is one of the best place for location.

Coast/Beach:

It is a peaceful location with the nearest beach at about 5 minutes drive (2 km). There are plenty of other beaches near around.

Travel:

Moraira/Benissa are situated 110 km from Valencia and 80 km from Alicante; Alicante would be the nearest airport and is quite a simple drive. On living the airport you would follow the signs for Valencia on the E15 AP7 motorway; stay on this motorway until junction 63, Benissa/Teulada, take this exit go to the centre of Teulada and follow the signs through Teulada to Moraira about 15 minutes.

Flights are also available to Valencia which is at 110 km from Benissa.

Distances:

Moraira town is at about 5 minutes drive; it is known as the jewel of the Costa Blanca, and is called the Spanish Riviera; building are not allowed, you will only find houses surrounded by pins trees. It is never over crowded. Once you stay in Moraira you always want to come back again.

Further Details:

Ideal for a walking holiday most locations are on hillsides in and around Moraira. You can enjoy just the views around these exclusive "Vall Paradise Villas" which are spectacular to say the least. Moraira village and beach is a short 5 minutes drive from the villa. Moraira is quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful and unspoilt scenery and many small villages to explore. Easily reached by car are some larger towns which are well worth visiting: Javea, Calpe, Denia and Altea are all within 15km, while Benidorm is about 30km away. There are many places of interest to see on day excursions. If you like open markets then, aside from the weekly Friday market held next to the beach, you could plan a visit every day of the week to the various markets held in neighbouring towns and villages.
