The apartment has been just renovated to a hight standard level. With modern furniture. The kitchen has everything you could need as you where at home. The leather sofa has capacity for 3 people sleeping. Nice and comfortable beds. Incredible jacuzzi for a nice and relaxing evening with your couple. The complex has 2 fenced pools. One for adults, one for kids. 2 minutes from the nearest beach and the typical Spanish restaurants. Don’t need a car, just relax in your holidays. You could walk to the centre of the old town and enjoy in the traditional shops and restaurants of the village. 10 minutes driving to Puerto Banus. You can take the bus just 1 minute from the apartment. You can see all the activity of the boats in the Marbella port. Optional service of transfers.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in marbella. It is just as shown on the photographs.The beach is just yards away and orange square a ten minute walk. .Bus stops are just outside the main gate. The hosts are nice people and the apartment is modern and clean with everything you need.

The hosts were great but unfortunately there are a few factors that I don't agree on. They charged us almost 15 € for electric yet we were hardly in as we went out for lunch and for the day so we were quite put off with the fact that we had all the lights off etc we didn't use the washing machine tumble dryer or cooker for them to charge us that for 2 nights I'm very surprised! And I double checked and it says nothing on the listing to pay extra for electric. It's I the bottom floor and 2nd door down from the main entrance so everytime someone walked in and out the metal door would bang. Unfortunately people had been smoking in the apartment so everything stank of smoke towels the lot! It's a shame as the owners are lovely 🙁

Lovely apartment, BUT...
From initially booking this apartment the owner Juan kept in constant contact explaining information and being helpful in general! Offering an airport transfer etc. The apartment is very clean and is very comfortable for two people! The amenities near by are so close that you will not need a car unless you are venturing outside of marbella. It is also roughly €12 in a taxi to Puerto Banús. Overall the holiday was lovely! However, upon arriving at the apartment we were greeted by Juan and his daughter who explained to us that there had been previous tenants who had used a substantial amount of electricity and Juan ended up with a large electricity bill. Juan proceeded to explain to us that if we were to use an excessive amount of electricity then there would be some extra charges which he would take out of our €200 refundable damage deposit. This is somewhat understandable as electricity bills can be high, however after already paying €892. I was a little concerned. Juan proceeded to note the usage on the electricity meter upon arrival. Which I also did through a photo on my phone. Throughout the entire holiday the aircon was kept to a minimum and only used whilst in the arpartment, with lights etc. Only being used when required. Overall we used a total of around 150 kWh. Which in the UK 1000 kWh of electricity is roughly £20. When meeting with Juan to leave the apartment he again checked the electricity meter and calculated the total cost of our electricity. Which he then proceeded to take roughly €48 from our deposit for electricity. Firstly I was under the impression that we would only be charged for excessive usage from the initial conversation between us upon arrival at the apartment. Secondly there was no mention at all from Juan before arrival at the apartment in any of our conversations about extra charges for electricity usage. Thirdly I am confused at how Juan actually came to the figure of €48 extra charge for 150 kwh. I am fully aware that when self catering you provide your own toilet roll and food etc. But to charged extra for electricity when already paying €892 for the apartment without any mention of extra charges is something that confuses me greatly! If there had been previous advertisement of the property to inform us of these extra charges there would have been no issues. But there wasn’t! I strongly advise that when advertising this property in future that it is clearly stated that there will be extra charges for electricity

Excellent large studio with everything you need.
Lovely place to stay, a couple of minutes walk and you are on the beach. Across the road are bars and restaurants which we found very welcoming. We were made very welcome Juan Carlos and his family. Would definitely stay here again.
