The apartment has been just renovated to a hight standard level. With modern furniture. The kitchen has everything you could need as you where at home. The leather sofa has capacity for 3 people sleeping. Nice and comfortable beds. Incredible jacuzzi for a nice and relaxing evening with your couple. The complex has 2 fenced pools. One for adults, one for kids. 2 minutes from the nearest beach and the typical Spanish restaurants. Don’t need a car, just relax in your holidays. You could walk to the centre of the old town and enjoy in the traditional shops and restaurants of the village. 10 minutes driving to Puerto Banus. You can take the bus just 1 minute from the apartment. You can see all the activity of the boats in the Marbella port. Optional service of transfers.

"Marbella Holiday"

Juan Carlos, the owner of this property was an absolute pleasure to deal with, making the whole booking process very simple and meeting us at the property when we arrived very late at night. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning, spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly need is provided, even sun beds and towels to take down to the beach or use at the pool.

Juan was amazing, he responded quickly to all of my emails before we arrived. He picked us up from Malaga Airport for €60 which is cheaper than a taxi. The place is better than the pictures, so clean with everything you would need. Myself and 3 friends stayed here and it was perfect for us. It's right on the beach and has a quiet pool as well :) Close to a strip of restaurants and bars on the beach front and along the main road, within walking distance to the old town which is beautiful and a short taxi ride to Puerto Banus! Would definitely recommend and will stay here again :)

PERFECT - Clean. Spacious. Great Location.

The apartment is great value for money, and an excellent place to stay in Marbella Old Town.

It is very clean and spacious (the pictures really do not do it justice). My girlfriend and I used the pool during our stay, and found that to be fine.

The apartment is literally 100m up from the beach (via some steps). It is very secure, and a key is required to access the grounds and buildings.

There is nearby on street parking, although a word to the wise if booking a hire car, the smaller the better. Having said that our car was larger than most, but we didn't have any incidents.

Highly recommend staying here.

Welcoming,comfortable and well kept!

We were so pleased with the warm welcome by Juan Carlos,the owner,who met us upon our arrival at the bus station in Marbella.Driving us to the apartment,he introduced us to the city,and then showed us the accommodation.It is impressive!A ground floor unit with a walk down some steps to the seafront,with beach chairs provided.Very well situated,close to a grocery store,ChinaSol for incidentals,and many neighbourhood cafes,and bars.Walking both east and west along the sea walk brought us to many great restaurants!It is also a pleasant walk to the Old Town,which is a must to explore!The unit is very well equipped for self catering, a place to relax for two people, and a great base for a Marbella adventure!

This studio apartment is stunning. Everything is as pictured only better

We spent 3 very comfortable weeks in this beautiful studio apartment. Spotlessly clean with comfortable furniture and fully fitted kitchen. Our delightful hosts Juan Carlos and Rosa provided us with useful local information Delightfully located, just a few steps down to the promanade and beach or stroll to the fishing port. Steps up to the road and A short walk to the local supermarket, greengrocer, pharmacy etc. A five minute walk will take you into the fascinating Old Town. With good local transport there is no need for a car. Fully recommend a trip to Ronda. We will very definitely be back. Thank you Juan Carlos and Rosa for your hospitality. Look forward to seeing you next year

Stayed from last week in October to last week in November 2016

The studio was as advertised and was spotlessly clean. The owners, Juan Carlos and Rosa were extremely helpful hosts. We used the shuttle service they provide from the airport to the apartment which was great. Their car took our 2 large and 2 small suitcases, no problem. The location is perfect, some steps to a gate opening onto the promenade. The old town is a few minutes walk away and the buses stop outside the main entrance. We took the fly blue ferry to Puerto Banus and came back on the bus. The only drawback we can think of is there is no balcony to the property. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our month there and would certainly recommend it.

Car: not necessary


Bajadilla beach is just 1 minute distance walking, Venus beach 5 minutes walking. Banana beach 10 minutes walking. All of them nice beaches with funny and nice restaurants


Puerto banus 10 minutes by car. Malaga airport 45 minutes by car. Bus station 5 minutes by car. You don't need to hire a car. Everything is walking distance. Your holidays will be cheaper in this way

Booking Notes:
All you need to pay to secure this apartment is 200 euros deposit now, this will act as a reservation deposit as well as a damage deposit, and will be return to you after the holiday if there is no damage (normally 3-4 days after you leave the apartment). 50%of the rental will have to be paid up to 4 weeks prior to arrival (by paypal or bank transfer. The client will pay the commission). On near booking this can be paid on arrival.
There is a charge of 0.3 € per kilowatt of electricity consumed.
