The apartment has been just renovated to a hight standard level. With modern furniture. The kitchen has everything you could need as you where at home. The leather sofa has capacity for 3 people sleeping. Nice and comfortable beds. Incredible jacuzzi for a nice and relaxing evening with your couple. The complex has 2 fenced pools. One for adults, one for kids. 2 minutes from the nearest beach and the typical Spanish restaurants. Don’t need a car, just relax in your holidays. You could walk to the centre of the old town and enjoy in the traditional shops and restaurants of the village. 10 minutes driving to Puerto Banus. You can take the bus just 1 minute from the apartment. You can see all the activity of the boats in the Marbella port. Optional service of transfers.

"Marbella Holiday"

Juan Carlos, the owner of this property was an absolute pleasure to deal with, making the whole booking process very simple and meeting us at the property when we arrived very late at night. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning, spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly need is provided, even sun beds and towels to take down to the beach or use at the pool.

We spent 3 very comfortable weeks in this beautiful studio apartment. Spotlessly clean with comfortable furniture and fully fitted kitchen. Our delightful hosts Juan Carlos and Rosa provided us with useful local information Delightfully located, just a few steps down to the promanade and beach or stroll to the fishing port. Steps up to the road and A short walk to the local supermarket, greengrocer, pharmacy etc. A five minute walk will take you into the fascinating Old Town. With good local transport there is no need for a car. Fully recommend a trip to Ronda. We will very definitely be back. Thank you Juan Carlos and Rosa for your hospitality. Look forward to seeing you next year

Stayed from last week in October to last week in November 2016

The studio was as advertised and was spotlessly clean. The owners, Juan Carlos and Rosa were extremely helpful hosts. We used the shuttle service they provide from the airport to the apartment which was great. Their car took our 2 large and 2 small suitcases, no problem. The location is perfect, some steps to a gate opening onto the promenade. The old town is a few minutes walk away and the buses stop outside the main entrance. We took the fly blue ferry to Puerto Banus and came back on the bus. The only drawback we can think of is there is no balcony to the property. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our month there and would certainly recommend it.

Super apartment in an excellent location

The apartment is large and airy with everything you need. The kitchen is new and a full size fridge and freezer are very useful as is the washer and dryer. The bed is comfortable and surprisingly, so is the sofa bed. The location is excellent. You walk out onto the beach and it is a three minute walk, along the beach front, to the old town. This means the apartment is quiet while all amenities are just a few minutes away.

Juan Carlos picked us up at the airport and took us back at the end of our stay which was good value and relaxing.

5 star accomodation

Great beach front location . A short walk into town , with the marina area for cocktails.

The apartment was top class. Looked like it had been recently refurbished with marble floor, new kitchen with integrated appliances, new bathroom with walk in shower, and a very comfortable king size bed, oh and not forgetting the jacuzzi with built in music system.

It was immaculate throughout with everything you could possibly need.

Juan was pleasant to deal with, professional,and always responded quickly when help was needed.

Would recommend this apartment to anyone and would definitely stay there again.

Thanks to Juan and his family for helping us have a fantastic holiday in Marbella. Hope to see you again soon.

Lovely appartment

Also it was well positioned for beach and town walking distance to both as well as Puerto banus although a long walk to here

The appartment had everything you need if you want to eat in .

Juan Carlos picked us up from airport at a reasonable price will go back good value.

A lovely modernised well equiped apartment.

The apartment was perfect for us. It has been thoroughly modernised, equipped for very easy living and well situated for convenience to Marbella and particularly the old town. We had a great reception from the owners who are a lovely family.

We stayed there for a month and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We would recommend this apartment to any couple thinking of renting and should we return to Marbella we will certainly be looking to rent it again should it be available.
