About the Owner

Having spent many happy holidays in St Ives first as a couple and now with two young children we truly know how lucky we are to have an apartment in this very special place. It is still primarily our getaway with the children from our busy lives but we always promised that if we were ever lucky enough to own a place here and rent it out we would try hard to make sure all our guests went away with the same magical feeling we have always had after a stay We are sure that wherever you stay in St Ives you will enjoy its magic as we still do on every visit. Bright and light with wonderful views

A spacious first floor flat with spectacular views over the rooftops of St Ives to the harbour and sea through picture windows. There is a small balcony at the front, but sitting at the dinner table and looking out of the large windows was just as good. We also enjoyed the bijou patio garden at the back - we were very fortunate with the weather and found sun either at the front or the back all week. The flat was spotless and I can't think of anything missing. The bed linen was crisp and white and I slept peacefully every night.

Lots to do in and around St Ives - walking over the sand eastwards towards the estuary and westwards over the cliffs towards Zennor. Tate was closed (reopens March 2017) but the café bar immediately in front of Tate served us well for cocktails and tapas while the sun set. Magic!

Stunning seaside property, what a find!!!

Had the most amazing stay. Apartment was beautiful, views stunning and every home comfort included. Literally 5 mins walk straight down to town, cinema and harbour. The apartment was warm, very cozy and was a perfect size for 4 adults which included 2 teenagers. The apartment had a great selection of films, books and board games which we all enjoyed and had a great time using them. You really find it hard to prize yourself away from the beautiful bay window, something really special looking over all the pretty rooftops and onto the sea and harbour. Absolutely made our holiday, and would definitely recommend this property to anyone who loves St Ives like we do. Will say also that our communication with the owner was amazing, very helpful and hassel free. You get a meet and greet, and again this was great. All you need to do now is book.

Great apartment in St Ives

We loved the apartment for our stay between Christmas and New Year. It has fantastic views of the town and the sea, and it had everything we needed for our family. It is only a short walk down the hill to the town for restaurants, pubs, shops and the harbour. We had a very enjoyable holiday staying here, and I would recommend it.

Great Apartment , Great Holiday.

We love this apartment, its comfortable and clean and the views from the lounge window are amazing. The location is ideal, quiet and peaceful yet only a 10 minute walk into the town and the beaches. It has all the facilities we needed and the owner is friendly and helpful.

We would recommend this place to anyone who wanted a great place to stay for their holiday and we will definitely be booking again for next years hols!

St Ives is internationally renowned for being home to numerous artists due to the unique light in the area. There are art courses in an around the area for aspiring artists who may also get inspiration by visiting the Tate Gallery in St Ives itself

Coast/Beach:

The apartment is located within a 5-10 minute stroll to several beaches including Porthminster and Porthmeor, the harbour and St Ives cobbled main street. All beaches have beautiful golden sand and clear waters

Travel:

St Ives train station is approximately 5-10 minutes walk to the apartment as is the main bus terminus for St Ives

Further Details:

St Ives has numerous restaurants, cafes and bars to suit all tastes and pockets.

St Ives itself is well placed to visit the many beautiful beaches in Cornwall as well as places of interest such as the Eden Project and Minnack theatre
