Ideally located directly overlooking the beautiful marina, with the local tapas bars and restaurants within an easy one minute walk. Two E.C. Blue Flag beaches are just a leisurely five minute walk away and the traditional white walled Estepona old town with its stunning, traditional plaza's is also on the doorstep. Cristo Beach (5 minutes west of the apartment) is a delightful oyster-shaped cove of sheltered, gently shelving sand, ideal for children and La Rada Beach (5 minutes East of the apartment) runs for 2km past the old town and is a lovely walk along the promenade (Paseo Maritimo).There you will find also some nice chiringuitos (beach front restaurants) with a true Spanish feel. Ideal for spending a full day on the beach! Within a few minutes walk you will find several supermarkets and shops. Estepona has many facets which makes it a popular holiday destination for those looking for a relaxing break to unwind, eat well, have a cool drink and chill out people watching.

About the Owner

Hello, we are a Belgian couple living in Spain for 15 years. We lived for more than 13 years in a small village where we welcomed guests in our rural hotel. We sold our hotel 6 years ago and last year we moved to Estepona, and we think we will never leave here again. We just love it. The harbour with his ambiance, the old town with all the nice shops and quiet atmosphere, the nature all around and of course the beach.

We hope to welcome you one day and let you explore the sunny and friendly life in Estepona.

Dear Cynthia, We really enjoyed our stay at your apartment. We loved the fact that we had a splendid view from all the rooms, lot's of light and especially the spacious terrace with the bar.

This apartment has been a discover for us, we liked to have everything on the doorstep, but also the peaceful environment. We think it was lovely decorated, very clean and it gave us a holiday feeling.

Beautiful spacious apartment with fantastic views.

Just returned from a lovely stay at this apartment. The location was perfect within walking distance to beautiful beaches, restaurants and everything you would need for a great holiday. Accommodation was nice and spacious and well kept, views of marina from the balcony were amazing. Owners were really friendly and helpful, I would gladly return to this property.

Central, comfortable and beautiful views!

We are a couple in our 30's and were over for a wedding. We selected this property due to its central location to the restaurants, port, market etc. The owners continually communicated excellent before we arrived and met us promptly to give us the keys and show us around. The views are amazing from the terrace! The rooms are the perfect size, beds are comfortable (lovely white clean linen) and the apartment has everything you need! There is even a washing machine to clean everything before you go home! We were shown the 2 communal pools that were available but unfortunately never had chance to use them but that's a lovely bonus to have too. The whole place is secure with key fobs and keys to get in and out. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Estepona. The bus service from airport costs approx €10 each way, airport transfers €50 or a taxi €100! You are very close to Gibraltar for days trips - Puerto Banus/Marbella are also a couple of miles down the road. We will be back :) thank you so much for a fabulous comfortable break.

Lovely sunny apartment

Very nice apartment with fantastic views over the marina in Estepona and only a few minutes walk to the lovely beach.

We didn't feel the need to go out on an evening as the huge balcony had a better view then any bar in the area.

We stayed for 3 months with two children and would definitely return.

Paradijs in Andalusie

We zijn in het voorjaar van 2015 reeds naar deze locatie komen kijken. We vonden de ligging en de staat van het appartement zo mooi dat we onmiddellijk 3 weken geboekt hebben voor maart 2016. Tot ons genoegen is de inrichting van het appartement inmiddels erg vernieuwd, het is echt een luxe kamer geworden. De eigenaars hebben er alles aan gedaan om er een droomverblijf van te maken. Wij weten al met zekerheid dat ons volgend verblijf in Estepona weer op deze plaats zal zijn. Domien en Cynthia zijn enorm behulpzaam en doen er alles aan om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.

Needs an overhaul

Cynthia could not have been more helpful throughout the booking process and was a lovely person to meet, so this is not a personal review, just an honest reflection of what we found. The apartment is in a lovely position overlooking the harbour with plenty of good restaurants and bars around. The problem is that it is very run down, with old furnishings, door handles that fall off, broken bathroom fitments, old and I'll matched crockery, even only one decent wine glass (plenty of champagne flutes though!). It needs a thorough overhaul to bring it up to a good letting standard. Even a good coat of paint and the removal of black mould in the bathrooms would really help! It is such a shame that this beautiful and spacious property is not being maintained.

Owner's Response: Thank you for this wake up call. After reading this review I was a bit in a choque, but I have to admit that we could have done a few things better. So we removed the bit of mould in the corner of the bath, and repaired the door handle of the bathroom. I always liked the furniture in our apartment, and it is well showed on the pictures, I found it personal and decorated like a home. But this week, I have ordered a new sofa, and more contemporary furniture for the living room. And also the bedroom get's an upgrade. So I hope that will please you and also our future guests. Don't forget neither that we are not asking a big amount of money for 1 week rent, but rather a small sum, especially in winter in which everything is included for a light, spacious flat first line, with high speed internet, British TV, and a fantastic view. So I hope anyway you had a good stay and enjoyed the holiday. Kindest regards, Cynthia

Fantastic time -AGAIN!

Stayed in this apartment for second time this year and had a great time again. Cynthia and Domien could not be more helpful, even providing jump leads for hired car which had a faulty battery. My husband went cycling with Domien and enjoyed the experience greatly. Apartment is so central to everything and really comfortable and safe. Although we hired a car it is not necessary. Cynthia and Domien will arrange transport from the airport and the apartment is so central a car is not necessary.

My husband arranges guided motor tours through Andalusia and Morroco. So if you want to rent a bike, guided or not, let us know.

He also is fond of cycling, so if you want to discover the area on push bikes, than we can show you the most beautiful tracks.

We can also arrange rafting, cañoning, diving and sailing. And of course hiking.

You see, we are very sportive and we live nearby!

Tarifa is nearby, so if you want to learn to kite, let us know, we will introduce you to Oscar, the best teacher on the beach in Tarifa, a lovely man.


Cristo Beach (5 minutes walking west of the apartment) is a delightful oyster-shaped cove of sheltered, gently shelving sand, ideal for children and La Rada Beach (5 minutes East of the apartment) runs for 2km past the old town and is a lovely walk along the promenade (Paseo Maritimo). For many years both beaches have been awarded EC Blue Flag status for cleanliness and safety and in high season are manned daily with lifeguards. They also have well maintained toilet and shower facilities .


Malaga airport: 90 km and Gibraltar at less than 40 km.

Car hire is not essential, because you can find everything on walking distance. There are also always taxi's on 2 min walk if you want to visit Marbella, or Puerto Banus. There is also a bus station on 8 min. walk that can bring you to Puerto Banus, Marbella, Fuengirola and Malaga ( beautiful city to visit).

As an extra service we can arrange for your airport pick-up and drop off.


Estepona is situated approximately midway between Marbella and Gibraltar. 10 minutes from glitzy Puerto Banus and 15 minutes from cosmopolitan Marbella. For the kids, the renowned Selwo National Animal Park is a short drive away.

Estepona is an excellent centre for sightseeing; Marbella, Puerto Banus, Mijas, Casares, Ronda and Gibraltar are just a short drive away. Jerez, famous for its sherry bodegas, Granada with the wondrous Alhambra Palace and of course Seville, considered by many to be the most beautiful city in Spain, are all within easy reach. Even Morocco can be easily reached from the passenger ferry ports (less than an hour from the apartment by car) or daily coach trips are available to book.

The Port of Estepona (where this property is situated) is one of the most sought after locations for holidaymakers when visiting Estepona, with an abundance of restaurants and bars to suit every taste and pocket.

Just a few minutes walk past the near by Estepona bull ring and along the Paseo Maritimo will take you to the heart of Estepona´s town.

Present day Estepona is almost unchanged, retaining the Andalucian flavour and rustic charm of old Spain. You can relax at one of the cafes or bars, or stroll through the picturesque narrow streets and tiny plazas.

  • Notes on accommodation: All the beds are of good quality and the windows in the bedrooms are soundproof. The apartment has a real open feeling, with lot's of natural light and all the rooms have seaviews. WIFI!! There is a very big water heater, so even with 5 people you can all take a hot bath! Outside: There are two big shared swimming pools with loungers. The one just around the corner of our apartment block has palm trees around and grassed surface. Utility Room: Babysit available! In schoolholidays and weekends. We have a daughter of 16 who's really good with kids, and she loves to earn a bit of extra money this way. So relax, your kids are in the best hands! Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Property is professionally cleaned prior to occupancy and clean towels and linen supplied at start of rental. Cleaning service during the stay available on request payable by holiday maker. Other: The terrace is a real pleasure, it's made like a bar to sit at , so when you have your breakfast you can enjoy the hustle down at the port. You can also sunbathe on the loungers, and when there is to much sun you can cover it all up.
