This 3 bedroom apartment is simple but nicely furnished. It comprises a combined living/dining and kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. (Maximum sleeping capacity 8) It has a pleasant front spacious terrace enjoying breathtaking views of Mellieha church, Ghadira Bay and the Islands of Comino and Gozo. Ideally located, 5 minutes drive to the most popular beach of Malta and close to shops and bus stops. This is a very spacious and comfortable apartment which includes a washing machine, fans & cable TV. Windows have fly screens.

About Stephanie Tedesco

I live in Mellieha with my 3 kids. I've lived in Mellieha since the age of 6 and would not change it for any other locality. It's a beautiful town with something for everyone......breathtaking views, shops, hotels,restaurants, churches, beaches, countryside, bays, band clubs, horse riding, water sports, ferry service to Gozo & Comino, Popeye Village Film Set but most of all wonderful, friendly people. My father started off the rental business in the late 60's and here I am today carrying on what he started. I love my job!

The property was developed by my father in the late 70's. The apartments are built on a cliff facing the centre of the town and the main road can easily be reached on foot within 10 minutes max.

What makes this apartment unique

One can sit in the balcony and enjoy watching couples entering & leaving the Sanctuary of Our Lady for their wedding ceremony, children playing on the swings,beautiful fireworks display during the village feast and fireworks being set off from the sister Island of Gozo. The best view, in my opinion, is watching the stunning and splendid view of the sun setting every evening.

Notes on accommodation: Accommodation in Flats 3 & 5 are on the first floor whilst Flat 6 is on the second floor. Staircase is wide and steps are low. Apartments are kept very clean. The area is very quiet and neighbours are helpful and friendly. Outside: Apartments have a small back yard (except for flat 6) and a lovely good sized balcony. Roof may also be used and one can enjoy fantastic unobstructed views of Mellieha, Gozo & Comino. Bed linen is provided including blankets, two towels per person and tea towels.

Great value for money with beautiful views!

The property was very clean, spacious and light. It was also in walking distance from several bars and restaurants. Stephanie is always on hand if required and she had kindly left some basic food supplies for us on arrival. Great base for visiting Mellieha!

Absolutely superb

The apartment was spotless, well equipped, very spacious and in an excellent location for shops, buses, bars and restaurants with stunning views as an added bonus. Stephanie was a brilliant host. She met us on arrival, showed us round the apartment and even had a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, butter, cheese and ham for us. She even printed our boarding cards for our return journey. I would recommend these apartments to anyone

Nice apartment convenient for Gozo ferry

Short trip to Malta in March. Nice enough apartment. Best thing about it was the great view (as in the picture on the website). Most usual things provided in the kitchen although not everything eg mugs / cutlery was actually clean so we had to wash a few things before using. Main criticism has to be that despite the weather being nice the inside of the apartment was extremely cold. There was an option to pay for the use of a gas heater but I think that was a bit unfair given the internal temperature of the place. Heating should have bee provided when it was so cold. Has to wear our coats indoors!

Blown Away by the View

We wanted a sea view and we got it in spades. We were welcomed by Stephanie and found the apartment clean and fully functional, including the washing machine which we used almost immediately. The apartment is an easy walk from the bus stop and within walking distance from a range of bars and restaurants. The beach is a little further but can easily be reached a couple of bus stops down the hill. We enjoyed our sundowners on the balcony, listening to the church bells and watching the sun disappear.

Absolutely perfect!

The flat was beautiful, in a perfect location and very affordable. The flat was clean and vey well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There were no surprises and everything was as expected. The view was phenomenal. It is close to bus transportation, which you will definitely need, unless you are brave enough to drive while vacationing in Malta. The best beach on the island is only a 5 minute bus ride away. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance of the flat. The owner is also very nearby in case you should need her for anything.

Great location, beautiful view, spacious apartment

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was close to the restaurants and had a beautiful view of the bay and on to Gozo, and of the sunsets. The apartments were in a quiet location and Mellieha was a perfect base for us to enjoy Malta without the crazy crowds of Sliema

Mellieha is one of Malta's most picturesque tourist destinations. The town centre boasts of its splendid hotels, fine restaurants and traditional cute shops. It has a majestic baroque church ( built in late 19th century ) and various cultural organizations, including band clubs, sports clubs, an orchestra & various religious societies.

Mellieha is also known for its wonderful, golden beaches that make it a unique holiday destination for many. Water sports along with Scuba Diving and fishing or a walk on the beach at night are very popular with both locals and tourists.

The ‘Best Diving Destination Of The Year’ awards saw a strong category of diving spots across the globe with Egypt taking first place and the Maldives in third place.

Presented by editor-in-chief Mark Evans and diving explorer Monty Halls, the Sport Diver Awards took place at Aston’s Champagne and Wine Bar, London.
