About Andrew Chard

Andrew Chard started his career working for international computer firms, becoming Marketing Director of one of the top 5 in the UK before he was 40. He then went on to establish, with business partner Barry Manners, a successful lettings agency in London which became the leading letting agency in central west London and still bears his name today, although he has sold it. This gave him and Barry an interest in property which brought them to Cheltenham and the challenge of restoring this beautiful Regency Terraced building. Customer service is his thing and returning customers his delight.

Standard prices do not apply during the Cheltenham Festival week (Gold Cup), when the Jazz, Science, Music and Literature Festival are on or at peak holiday periods such as Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year and other race meetings.
