For the golf enthusiasts, Alcanada Golf Club is 15 mins drive and for water sports, there are jet skis on the local Bellevue Lake or Windsurfing and Kite Surfing in Port of Pollenca, again only 15 mins away. WiFi and internet available in the lobby. There truly is something for everyone, adults and kids of all ages!

Our family have been holidaying on the Island of Majorca since 1998, sometimes more than once a year. Our parents still visit regularly now retired and even the kids haven't outgrown their favourite places, as well as exploring parts of the island and activities they were previously too young or small for.

Just returned home after a nine night stay in B12361 in Pt. Alcudia. Apartment was perfect for our family of four. Two girls slept in single beds at one end of studio and we slept in double pull down couch bed.Apartment had everything we needed and was clean and very tastefully decorated. Complex itself with its huge reception area and excellent pool and facilities was a big hit with all the family! The air con was the best we have experienced . “My family came upon the area of Alcudia by chance while visiting a family friend in the same building where he lived all year round as it is a managed, residential building where many people live. It was fortunate that this apartment became available, and we have all enjoyed it for many years. Everything we ever need is within a short walk but driving in Majorca is easy too so visiting the places you see on postcards is relatively easy by car, bus and boat.”
Activity and Interests
The 7km long stretch of white sandy beaches stretching along the Bay of Alcudia are within 10 mins walking or 5 mins drive. The kite surfing beaches of Port of Pollenca are only 15 mins drive away, where you can also take diving lessons and book diving and snorkeling tours.
The main airport is located in Palma, approx 40 mins drive to Alcudia by car. There are many coach services from the airport to the resort of Bellevue, next door to the Apartment building. It is recommended to hire a car at the airport for commuting to the resort, especially if you intend to explore the island.

Many local shops and supermarkets for self catering shopping, drinks and snacks, games and beach gear. There are banks and money change facilities as well as doctors, chemists and hospital (if required). Colber is the main local store offering tickets for coach and boat tours as well as night time shows around the island. There are artists and street performers for entertainment, market stalls and games arcades to wander through. Bellevue has a lakeside entertainment venue with nightly shows as do many of the restaurants and bars. Water Sports enthusiasts can enjoy jet skiing on the Bellevue lake, windsurfing or kite surfing, snorkeling and diving. Daily boat tours operate out of the ports with glass bottom tours enabling scenic tours of the crystal clear waters and marine life around the coves of the island. For Children of all ages, there are many activities including: Go Karting, Crazy Golf, Horse Riding and the famous Aqua Park for a full day out. If you want to explore, the roads and motorways are modern and provide easy navigation through and around the largest of the Balearic islands. You may wish to explore the monastery of Lluc, the Olive fields around Valdemossa, the Orange orchards of Soller, the leather markets of Inca, the Caves del Drach of Porto Cristo or the Cathedral of Palma or go off the track and venture to the many hidden beaches.
