'Petra' is a Grade 11 listed building circa 1600.
Having spent most of my working life in the 'Building Trade'
as a Surveyor and then a Contractor & Developer was looking for a change.
My wife Sandra a local Porthleven girl having brought up our children took part time employment and eventually became the Manager of a Transformer Factory from 1994 - 2004. In 1999 'Chy-an-Mor' a grade 11 listed former Guest House was our 'Dream come True', ripe for development it took three years of my time to restore to it's 'former glory'.

Sandra and I having previously owned a holiday cottage 'Petra' a former fishermans cottage nestled in the sand dunes of the beautiful valley of 'Vellandreath, Sennen Cove were looking for another unique property.
'Chy-an-Mor' a Grade 11 listed building with it's unique front garden although in a 'run down' state was the perfect choice. Having obtained planning permission and three years later we achieved the perfect combination of the flats 'Petra' on the first floor with thier stunning views from the Lounge of both flats that we named after the cottage at Vellandreath and a Gallery on the ground floor with a Tea Garden
Sandra continued to manage the factory having opened the Gallery in December 2002 until March 2004.
'Petra' situated in The Square, Marazion with it's stunning views of St Michael's Mount and 50 metres from the waters edge is an ideal location both for the local amenities, Marazion March RSPB resevre, coastal paths, the beaches of Penwith cycle paths and Golf Courses.
We also provide parking adjacent to the flats for one car each
25% deposit with balance due 4 weeks before commencement of holiday.
Saturday changeover day.

Flat 2 £330 - £640.
Please note for weeks with a minimum stay of 7 nights we are happy to accept shorter breaks as long as the full weekly price is paid.

My husband and I spent a wonderful few days at this lovely little gem of a property. This apartment offers everything you could want for a break with the added addition of a prime location overlooking St Michaels Mount. Our hosts were very welcoming and even allowed us to view their second property should we decided to bring extra guests next time we visit.
