Seaview apartment, close to the beach
The apartment is two bedroomed, each bedroom with a kingsize bed & airconditioner. There is also a double sofabed to accommodate another two persons. Cots are available on request. Please advise when booking.
The main bathroom consists of toilet, bath with hand shower & wash hand basin. The second bathroom (ensuite) has a toilet, shower and wash hand basin.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, pots, pans, dishes, kettle, toaster, utensils, plates, glasses & cutlery.
The utility room holds an iron & board, broom, bucket and cleaning material. A clothes horse is also available in order to dry clothes in secondary balcony.
The dining table accommodates 8 pers. In the dining/living room there is a TV, coffee table & free Wi-Fi. The living/dining room is air-conditioned & enjoys seaviews. Unlike the penthouse, this property does not have a private pool, but enjoys seaviews, is close to the beach, promenade & a nearby pool is available at a charge.
These sea-view properties are located in the picturesque fishing village of Marsascala. The properties have just been finished and all furniture is new. The penthouse and the duplex penthouse (3 bedroomed, sleeps 8 max.) each have their own plunge pool, and terraces with seaviews. The apartments (2 bedroomed, sleeps 6 max) do not have a pool, but have a balcony with seaviews. The properties are located on a side street, just off the seafront and therefore enjoy side sea-views. The properties are air-conditioned and are located just seconds away from the sea. Private parking space is available on request, at a minimal cost. Parking is free on the street. Public transport terminal is a few minutes away. The promenade, town centre, the beach, bars, restaurants and bus stop are just a few paces away. Daily needs shop and confectionery are at a short walking distance. Marsascala has a small harbour which is surrounded with bars and restaurants. Things to do in Marsascala include: beach relaxation, swimming, snorkelling, cycling, night-life, fishing, diving, walking, rural/countryside walks.

They are brand new and are furnished with new, modern furniture, are air-conditioned and served with lift. The penthouses have their own plunge pool for you to enjoy and cool off especially in the summer months. The apartments enjoy balconies with side sea views.
50% deposit is required to be paid in order to secure the booking. We can accept payments in Euros (€) by bank transfer. The rest of the amount is to be paid on arrival in cash.
A refundable deposit of 300 euro is payable on arrival against damages.
Following payment of the reservation, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail, also enquiring details re arrival.
Check-in time is between 2.00 and 9.00pm. Please let us know before booking in the case of other arrival times.
Check in is at 2.00 pm (max till 9.00pm) while check out is at 10.00 am. However please enquire since we might be flexible.
Notes on prices:
The rates are for a maximum of 6 persons in the case of the three bedroom penthouse; while in the case of 2 bedroomed apartment, the rates are for a maximum of 4 persons. Fees for additional persons apply.
Use of electricity is included in price for a maximum of 100 units per week. The property has air-conditioning in kitchen/living/dining room and in bedrooms, which service is included in the price. Consumption that exceeds 100 units per week is charged at 30 euro cents per unit.

Activity and Interests
The rocky beach and the promenade are just a few paces away. The sandy beach is at a walking distance and just 2 minutes away by car (10 minutes walk). There are a number of beautiful swimming spots along the Marsascala coast, as well as close-by. In Marsascala, you can enjoy diving, since there are wrecks in the Marsascala waters and there is a professional diving school close-by, which offers courses both for beginners and for professionals.
It would be helpful to have a car in order to reach most of the island, however buses are also a cheap way for visiting the island. The bus stop is a few paces away, while Marsascala terminal is at a short walking distance.
