These sea-view properties are located in the picturesque fishing village of Marsascala. The properties have just been finished and all furniture is new. The penthouse and the duplex penthouse (3 bedroomed, sleeps 8 max.) each have their own plunge pool, and terraces with seaviews. The apartments (2 bedroomed, sleeps 6 max) do not have a pool, but have a balcony with seaviews. The properties are located on a side street, just off the seafront and therefore enjoy side sea-views. The properties are air-conditioned and are located just seconds away from the sea. Private parking space is available on request, at a minimal cost. Parking is free on the street. Public transport terminal is a few minutes away. The promenade, town centre, the beach, bars, restaurants and bus stop are just a few paces away. Daily needs shop and confectionery are at a short walking distance. Marsascala has a small harbour which is surrounded with bars and restaurants. Things to do in Marsascala include: beach relaxation, swimming, snorkelling, cycling, night-life, fishing, diving, walking, rural/countryside walks.

The penthouse has three bedrooms, each with a kingsize bed and are air-conditioned. There are also two single sofa beds. Cots are available on request. Please advise when booking.

The main bathroom consists of toilet, bath with hand shower and wash hand basin. The ensuite has a toilet, shower and wash hand basin.

The kitchen has a large fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher and microwave, 4 ring stove, pots, pans, dishes, kettle, toaster, utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery.

The utility room holds a washing machine, an iron & iron board, broom, mop, bucket and cleaning material. A clothes horse is also available in order to dry clothes in secondary balcony.

Dining table accommodates 8 persons. A sofabed is available in the entrance & another in the living room. In the living/dining room there is a TV, a coffee table & free Wi-Fi. The living/dining room is air-conditioned & enjoys seaviews. Outside on the large terraces, you will find a plunge pool, sunbeds, table & chairs and BBQ.

The flat is located at the roof of a completely newly built residential house nearby the waterfront. It is very spacious, modernly and comfortably furbished and equipped with everything we needed. It is surrounded with large terraces (one of them with a pool). For a small surcharge we rented also a convenient parking space in an underground garage below the house (direct lift access to the apartment). The hosts were very nice and trying hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible. When we arrived the kitchen was also supplied with all basic necessities - coffee, tea, milk, bottled water, some fruits.. I can only recommend this accommodation. Jan

Very cool, spacious, modern apartment. Balconies and pool were lovely relaxing spots. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the apartment by the pool and making BBQs. If anything, the pictures undersell how spacious and pleasant it was. The landlords were friendly, helpful and trustworthy. Would really re commend this.

My family and I spent a fantastic week in The Penthouse Apartment. The views are wonderful, and so relaxing. The pool was a winner with our young people. We had a lovely meal in Eduardos (upstairs), in Marsaskala, and at the beach restaurant one evening at St Thomas bay. Our son went scuba diving at Dive Med and had a great time. Having hired a car we Idid all the main tourist sites including Gozo. We have stayed in Malta previously but this was the best by far. We would love to return!

This lovely penthouse apartment was exactly as it appeared on the website. It was roomy inside and outside and offered privacy and all the facilities you could want when self catering. We spent a lot of time on the terraces and made good use of the plunge pool and barbecue. The view from the terrace over the harbour is really lovely and the village of Marsascala has a range of restaurants and local shops to meet all daily needs. The bus stop is close by as is a good sized supermarket. The owners were more than helpful both during the booking process and on arrival and departure. Very nice people to deal with and a really relaxing holiday in a beautiful location.

Marsascala is a seaside village and offers tourists a relaxing stay, where one can enjoy the promenade, country walks, views and nearby beach. The property is located just off the promenade and enjoys good seaviews. The promenade is lined with bars and restaurants. Daily needs shops and transport are nearby.

The rocky beach and the promenade are just a few paces away. The sandy beach is at a walking distance and just 2 minutes away by car (10 minutes walk). There are a number of beautiful swimming spots along the Marsascala coast, as well as close-by. In Marsascala, you can enjoy diving, since there are wrecks in the Marsascala waters and there is a professional diving school close-by, which offers courses both for beginners and for professionals.


It would be helpful to have a car in order to reach most of the island, however buses are also a cheap way for visiting the island. The bus stop is a few paces away, while Marsascala terminal is at a short walking distance.

The rates are for a maximum of 6 persons in the case of the three bedroom penthouse; while in the case of 2 bedroomed apartment, the rates are for a maximum of 4 persons. Fees for additional persons apply.

Use of electricity is included in price for a maximum of 100 units per week. The property has air-conditioning in kitchen/living/dining room and in bedrooms, which service is included in the price. Consumption that exceeds 100 units per week is charged at 30 euro cents per unit.

They are brand new and are furnished with new, modern furniture, are air-conditioned and served with lift. The penthouses have their own plunge pool for you to enjoy and cool off especially in the summer months. The apartments enjoy balconies with side sea views.
