About the Owner

North Norfolk holds happy memories for me and my family, we have spent many happy holidays with our children here. We all loved the beaches and the children loved the crab fishing off of the pier or at Blakneys wharf side.

The walks around this part of Norfolk whether along the cliff tops or beaches or in the countyside are highly enjoyable. As a family we spent many happy hours exploring. When we came across Cornerways we fell in love with it, the Garden had an air of past grandeur about

it. We hope those who holiday in the cottage enjoy the cottage and surrounding area as much we do.

Lovely period cottage in private, quiet setting.

  • 5 of 5

This property was the best part of our fives weeks back in the U.K. A lovely private garden with Robin song accompaniement, most days, and very comfortable accommodation. The property is within walking distance of some beautiful English countryside, the North Sea and some lovely beaches. There is a Tesco and A Sainsbury close by at Sherringham - 3.5km walk along the beach is recommended - as well as train services - and regular bus services. Highly recommended, thanks Amanda. A lovely comfortable cottage & secure sunny garden

  • 5 of 5

A lovely clean cottage with a fragrant flower garden to play or relax in, a bonus of 2 parking spaces. Perfect quiet location within two minutes walk of the railway station (no you can't hear the train), or gentle 10 minutes easy walk to the bus stops to travel either way along the coast. Lovely beach walks Cromer or Sheringham. Plenty of room in the cottage with a good selection of books, games and DVDs should you wish to stay in. A good sized kitchen with everything you should need for home cooking. Lovely Village pub with great food which we used twice, a closer hotel with quiet sports bar (they do a breakfast, but we cooked our own). Non of us wanted to leave and all agreed we could happily live a the cottage for ever! A very relaxing break with my two girls 13 & 8, my husband and mother, enough room including the garden to give everyone the space they needed for a very relaxing holiday

Beautiful Cottage

  • 5 of 5

Lovely cottage, everything we needed, clean, tidy, lots of character. The little train station in the village was just what we needed for our teenagers to go to Norwich for the day. Great for beaches, walking and pubs.

This was a delightful, clean, and well equipped and well maintained cottage with a large garden. The Owners gave excellent support. However parking facilities need to be clarified on the website. A very good area for walking, wildlife. beaches and places of interest.
