26.10.13-2.11.13 - Our second visit to this lovely cottage in a fantastic location and we have not been disappointed. It is better that we remembered!

Our old dog has enjoyed his many walks in the area especially the beach. thank you once again for such a welcoming cottage to stay in.

18.10.13-21.10.13 - Had a fabulous time, lovely cottage in a beautiful place. Had some lovely walks on the beaches and Cliff Tops, with the dog. Had a good meal at San Marcos. Had some fabulous weather for October. Thank you.

21.9.13-28.9.13 - Lovely cottage so close to beach and town. Done many a walk and visited many places. If you enjoy a nice cuppa and lovely cakes (home made) go to the Sugar Cube. Would definitely come back and would recommend.

Great location, well equipped, very clean

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I spent a last minute couple of nights here. Would stay again - as has everything you need and handy for all of Filey's pubs, restaurants, shops etc.

Parking was a bit difficult as we had to drive round a few times before a spot became free. Having said that, if one hadn't become available, there were other spots a few streets away - and as we didn't have much luggage etc with us, this wouldn't have been an issue.

Wonderful Stay

  • 5 of 5

The cottage was easy to find using the directions, and we had no problems accessing it. The tea and coffee were definitely appreciated after a long drive! It is a nice old fisherman's cottage, so even though it isn't by the beach, you can be there in minutes. We luckily got parked nearby, and everything in Filey is conveniently within walking distance. The cottage is nicely decorated, I particularly liked all the sea views.

Clean comfortable cosy cottage

We enjoyed our stay in Filey . The accommodation was perfect for easy access to the beach and shops . Access to parking could be a issue at times even with a small car , however we would be happy to use this accommodation again . The weather was excellent .

Perfect little dog friendly home from home

  • 5 of 5

Perfect little gem which is excellently situated for everything you could possible need. 5 mins walk to Tesco, Town centre and the beach .

The property was spotlessly clean on arrival, and has all the comforts of home and a fully equipped kitchen. The pictures don't do it justice. There is an alladins cave of beach accessories for children and adults alike for the summer and served as an excellent understair cupboard for storage .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to all .

Filey is a beautiful spot and popular to visitors, so if parking is a challenge unpack the car and use the Country Park pay and display which is less than 5 mins from the property,

Lovely Cottage

  • 5 of 5

We had a lovely stay at Seabreaker. The cottage was perfect for our break in Filey.

Great position, a short walk from the front and central for pubs, restaurants and supermarket.

We would definitely return to Seabreaker next time we visit Filey.
