Fabulous Central Benidorm Apartment

You could not ask for more with this exceptional 2 bedroom apartment located in the centre of the Popular and all year round resort of Benidorm.

The apartment can be found on the second floor of this low rise apartment building in Calle Gambo, just one street back from the beautiful beach and in the heart of the tourist area. You are surrounded by shops, restaurants and tapas bars and there is something for everyone at any time of the year.

The property has been beautifully modernised and has everything you need. The lounge has comfortable sofa which can be used a sofa bed for extra guests, flat screen TV with built in TDT giving multi language channels and there is a dining table seating 6 people. A window to the front makes the room nice and light and there is a door to the side leading to a terrace with table and chairs where you can sit and relax and watch the hustle and bustle in the street below.

The kitchen is a good size and is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, plenty of worktop and cupboard space, there is a breakfast table with seating for 2 people.

A hallway leads to the bedrooms which both have windows to the rear of the apartment and both rooms have wall mounted TV's. The master bedroom is a good size with a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. You will also find a dressing room which leads to the en-suite shower room which is modern with sink set into a vanity unit and a shower cubicle.

The second bedroom has twin beds and plenty of wardrobe space. There is a super family bathroom with corner jacuzzi bath, hydromassage shower cabin and there is even a TV in here!

Hot and cold air conditioning is installed in the lounge for your comfort and with your safety in mind, a fire extinguisher, smoke detector and fire blanket are all available.

This apartment is in a great location and is ideal for your summer holidays or winter sunshine breaks.

Beautiful apartment in fantastic location

We have stayed in many apartments in Benidorm and this is by far the best.

Situated in a great central location on the walking street in Benidorm Old Town. The apartment is clean, spacious and equipped with everthing you could possibly need, a real home from home.

The owners are local and nothing is too much trouble. We were greeted at the door on arrival and given a full tour of the apartment and instructions on how to use all the facilities. Equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and the icing on the cake, a hydro massage shower and jacuzzi we really didn't want to come home.

The owners have numerous properties in the area and I would not hesitate to book with them again.

A special thanks to Alistair who made the whole process from booking to departure, easy and stress free.

Excellent

This apartment was one of the best I have stayed in. The cleanliness and facilities were superb. Everything you could need was provided, and the cupboard space and hangers were excellent for our group of five ladies. The Apartment is right in the heart of Benidorm, it could not have been more central.

Super Apatment

Stayed in this two bedroom apt with family.

We were met by Alistair who was waiting for us and he explained about apt etc made us feel welcome.

It was fiesta week in Benidorm and the apt is situated right in the heart of old town. So we had a fantastic view of parades.

The apt was very clean and was very quite at night as bedrooms are at the back.

Kitchen had all we needed.

Best place ever for storage space and plenty matching wooden hangers.

The jacuzzi bath was great after a long day walking and shopping.

Overall would highly recommend .

Coast/Beach:

Benidorms Levante beach is just 200 metres away. The Poniente beach is a short bus ride away or walking thru the old town a 15 minute walk.

Travel:

Alicante International airport is located at 67km (58km motorway driving) Valencia airport is 150km (133km on motorway).

Car hire is not essential as everything is within walking distance, the bus service of Benidorm runs regular and taxis are a whistle away.

Car hire is recommended for those who like to explore and visit all the beautiful surrounding village areas of Benidorm.

Distances:

Albir 9km away, is the next coastal village travelling north with its distinctive pebble beach. Altea follows famous for its old Spanish streets leading up to the church. Calpe is a further 22km north. Inland takes you to the villages of Alfaz Del Pi, La Nucia, Polop and Callosa D'Ensarria. Further inland takes you to "Guadalest" and "Fonts D'Algar" 2 very popular sight seeing places to visit. Further north, Valencia city is 160kms away. Travelling south, Alicante city is 46kms away.

Further Details:

Benidorm boasts its beaches but it can also boast its theme parks, Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mundo Mar to name just a few. For that special night out, Benidorm Palace is the place to visit. If you like boating then maybe you fancy having lunch on Benidorm Island using their regular shuttle service to and fro, or even travelling as far as Calpe and Alicante on a day boat excursion.

For the hard core shoppers, Benidorm has two regular open air markets to visit for that holiday bargain and if that’s not enough then each adjoining village has its own outdoor market on different days of the week.

A contact person is on hand for those unforeseen problems that may occur during your stay. Any day arrival accepted which can help favor flight times and prices. Outside: The apartment has a front balcony. On leaving the block, you walk straight on to the Calle Gambo walking street which is full of coffee bars and shops, leading you to the old town. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided for the duration of your holiday and included in the price. In the event of a 2 week stay fresh towels and linen will be provided after the first week. The property is cleaned prior to your arrival and on your departure. Other: Walk thru dressing room off of the main bedroom to the en-suite bathroom.
