With a private paved approach to your own front door, this spacious two double bedroom two bathroom apartment, is bordered by large and sunny terrace on its complete south side. Stylishly decorated, and lavishly equipped. With a stunning hillside location, this flat has spectacular sea and mountain views. On a clear day you can see the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada, as well as the Riff mountains of Africa. The shared pool is gorgeous, and secluded, and depending upon the season, often you will be the only people using it. There are restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The shops and restaurants and beach at Elviria is a 6-7 minute drive away, and Marbella is around 20 minutes from the apartment. With marble floors throughout, WiFi and internet TV, this feels more like home than a standard rental apartment. There are wonderful walks you can take through the surrounding unspoilt hills, numerous golf courses in the close vicinity, and tennis club onsite. The nearby village of Elviria boasts at least 20 cafes, bars and restaurants, and includes every type of cuisine, from Spanish Tapas to Thai, Chinese and Italian. There is also a weekly open market held there. We do not allow smoking in this apartment.

Great Apartment
My daughter and I had a great stay at this apartment. It’s spacious, fully equipped and all of the communication and administration was very friendly and efficient. The complex is really pretty, quiet and well kept. A car and stamina for stairs and hills are a must for all potential guests. We would stay here again.

Perfect place to recharge
The property was lovely & exactly as described. The stunning views from the patio were amazing and we spent as much time out there as possible. It is the perfect place if you’re looking to relax, a peaceful, quiet location but within easy distance of the town & sea.

Spotless, really well equipped with excellent outdoor balcony areas that have great aspect towards the sea and all day sun. Private with large and well maintained pool. Perfect place to get away from it all. Would definitely return!

This apartment is absolutely lovely - possibly the nicest we have ever stayed in and we have used HomeAway many times . It is sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and the terrace is very spacious and well equipped. The surrounding area is a safe feeling neighbourhood with glorious sea views. The pool is also very nice. Highly recommended - we would love to return one day. Dealings with owner was very efficient and Rosa Maria was very friendly and helpful. Brilliant!

Peace, quiet and sunshine
This property is 3 miles up the hill from Elviria. That gives you several advantages, it's a little cooler than the coastal strip, there are a lot less people and no crowding round the pool and it only takes 10 minutes to reach the Costa madness when you feel like joining in. The area is great- not as stupidly expensive as Puerto Banus but not as naff as Torremolinos. It's centrally placed for the whole Costa del Sol. The main bedroom is wonderful and spacious with a very large bathroom. The communal pool is superb (our 2nd time here) and the gated entrance provides excellent security. We loved it!!!

We have two apartments in Marbella. at La Mairena (8124909 or S24133) and at Torre Real (8129804 or S24782). They are both owned by Paul and Jane Abadjian, who are brother and sister. Both have been furnished and specified as homes, not merely as places to rent out, so the fixtures and fittings tend to be quite stylish and luxurious.

Paul lives in west Dorset with wife Fiona, two dogs and a small herd of Alpacas! They also offer a part of this property for holiday lets (Alpaca Cottage E 15146) Paul has enjoyed collecting classic Jaguars for more years than he cares to remember, and he and Fiona have enjoyed driving them in Russia, Argentina, Australia and Tasmania.

Why they chose this property

The location of this apartment is the best! It is in the hills above Elviria-only 7 -8 minutes drive to the coast road, but a world away in terms of quiet tranquillity. It has spectacular views down to the sea, and you can also walk in the mountains from there without driving. The pool is gorgeous, and you will often have it to yourself, and the beach is just 10 minutes away. It is a larger apartment than the majority of two bedroom apartments in the vicinity, and after viewing numerous other places first, we agreed to buy it within an hour of first seeing it! That says it all.

What makes this property unique

A place which is both stylish and restful, with large terraces, and a gorgeous pool. Nearby tennis and golf, and seaside. Marbella is only 20 minutes away, and that has everything you could possibly want, both summer and winter. The views from here will stay with you forever. The apartment has its own front door directly from the wonderful tropical gardens, so it has more of a feel of a villa rather than a typical apartment. A perfect holiday choice for a family of 4, or two couples.
