This is one of the most sensational apartments in Portugal. In 2010 it received a unique Gold Awarded Apartment. The three levels have been designed so the amazing living area is on the top floor, enjoying panoramic sea views, and within easy reach of all terraces, thus ensuring continuous sun. The interior features stunning top quality, modern furnishings. There is a lounge come dining area featuring glass dining table and six dining chairs, two sofas and various other chairs. The Boffi galley designed kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. The apartment overlooks the beach, and the tennis club, swimming pool, restaurants and numerous golf courses (discounted golf fees can be arranged) are all close by. In addition there is a circuit bus that can be used for a small fee.

About Nicola Franklin

We live in England, also by the sea, but we have been coming to Portugal for years.

Nic's parents were one of the first owners in Vale do Lobo in the 1970's, so she has been coming here since she was a small girl.

I first came here about 20 years ago and absolutely fell in love with Portugal! Even now I am still excited as soon as we land at Faro. We love the blue skies, the white buildings, the golden beaches, the green golf courses, and the glorious food, especially at our favorite restaurant, Alambique.

Why Nicola Franklin chose Almancil

We bought our apartment off plan, specifically because of the views, its close proximity to the beach and the modern nature of the design.

We love Vale do Lobo, with the golf and the tennis, the restaurants and the beach, and because everything is always being upgraded, nothing is to much trouble.

Because we are so passionate about Vale do Lobo and especially our apartment, it is our dream that you also would share in that experience. This apartment does exactly what it says on the tin - Fantastically furnished in a great location with wonderful sea views!! Everything you require is within walking distance or if not, the free shuttle service is brilliant, and only a phone call away... Notes on accommodation: Our apartment is not suitable for children under 5 due to the marble floors and amount of open stairs. Outside: The clean lines of the roof top walled terrace provides the ideal setting for the Jacuzz with two sun loungers, two reclining chairs and a table. The apartments enjoy private safe car parking. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included and changed weekly. The apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival and additional maid service can be arranged if required. Other: There are all round terraces attracting sunshine throughout the whole day. The back terrace with a table and four chairs is ideal for breakfast then the top terrace attracts the midday sun with two sun loungers and two reclining chairs, table and jacuzzi.
