Notes on accommodation: The Hop Bin accommodation is on two floors. On entering the Hop Bin there is a dining area, kitchen, lounge, twin bedroom and bathroom. A staircase leads to a large double bedroom with a further bathroom. Both bathrooms have a wc, wash hand basin and bath with shower over Accommodation within the Hop Basket consists of a large kitchen, lounge/diner from which access can be gained to a spacious double bedroom and twin bedroom with bathrooms en-suite. Both bathrooms have a wc, wash hand basin and bath with shower over Accommodation within the Hop Pocket consists of a lounge/diner, kitchen, spacious double bedroom and twin bedroom both with bathrooms en-suite. The bathroom consists of a shower, wc and wash hand basin. Outside: Latters Oast is set in four acres of lawn and gardens. There is an 12m x 6m outdoor shared pool (open from June to the beginning of September), tennis court, mobile football goal, children's play area with swings and 'play fort', barbecue/picnic area and games room with pool table and darts. The Hop Basket and Hop Bin share a large balcony with picnic benches for outdoor eating/relaxing. The Hop Pocket benefits from an outside eating area in front of the apartment

Stayed in July/August 2016 in hop basket, the apartment was immaculate and had everything that anybody could possibly need and was very comfortable and cosy. Ensuite bathroom to every bedroom was marvellous-especially for my teenage daughter! We had such a wonderful stay and will be returning in the future. The facilities were excellent with an outdoor pool, tennis courts, bbq area, play area and even a games room and a fabulous laundry. the apartments are in a beautiful countryside setting, yet only three miles from Tonbridge centre and overall location was centrally located to visit all of kent and east sussex. my relatives stayed in two other apartments at this property (hop pocket and hop bin) and they all felt the same about their apartments. The owners of the apartments are friendly, welcoming and approachable and checked regularly if we had everything we needed and everything was okay. overall-fantastic !!!
