Lovely cottage- great location!

  • 4 of 5

Most enjoyable short break in our favourite part of the country. Lovely comfortable, well equipped cottage and so handy for both of Beadnell's great beaches!! Hope to return again!

Great Cottage

  • 5 of 5

We arrived having had some poor experiences of holiday cottages in the UK, but on arrival the location, the layout and cleanliness of the cottage exceeded our expectations. Whilst a compact cottage it was well laid out and the kitchen / diner / lounge area to patio and lawn was perfect for our needs. The garden was totally dog proof which again was great, and the patio set was perfect for our needs with a lovely view out over the back fields to the sand dunes. Sun hits the patio through till mid evening and is a great little sun trap for relaxing after a day walking on the beach (a short walk or even shorter drive - 3 mins).

There was a nice little welcome pack and note from the owner, who cleans the property herself and clearly takes great pride in leaving it spotless for the next guests. Highly recommended.

Sandpiper Cottage

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful, comfortable home close to the beach. We loved our stay here and hope to return for longer next year. The boys and the dog were gutted we had to leave. Lovely touch with the wine and chocolate biscuits on arrival too. Made us feel very welcome. The washing machine came in handy too.

Beautiful well equipped cottage in great location for relaxing break.

  • 5 of 5

We booked this cottage for two nights as we were attending a wedding at nearby Newton Hall. It was very clean, spacious and ideal for three of us plus our spaniel Alfie. The enclosed rear garden was a bonus. The beach was just a few minutes walk and was a nice walk along to Sea houses. The local pub the Craster Arms was also dog friendly and served nice food. We will definitely return if available in the summer months for a longer break. Yvonne the owner was easy to deal with and dealt with any queries speedily.
