Sandpiper Cottage Beadnell. Sleeps 4. This newly refurbished attractive cottage is a 2 bedroomed, semi detached house in the coastal village of Beadnell. It has a quiet, enclosed garden which overlooks fields and has views to the Cheviot Hills. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is only a 5 minute walk to the sandy, dog friendly beaches and nearby village shops. House trained dogs by arrangement. No Smoking. Reduction for couples out of main holiday period available. Private parking on drive. Sorry house isn’t suitable for divers. Changeover day is a Saturday. This may be negotiable in quiet periods. You may gain access to the property from 2 30pm on the day of arrival and leave by 10am on departure day.

We so enjoyed our 3 night stay in this clean bright and well equipped cottage and the décor and dressing of the cottage was thoughtfully done in a seaside theme. The enclosed garden was perfect for the dog. The location was ideal for superb walks along the beach and harbour area. Beadnell is well located with short drives north or south along the coast to other lovely little fishing villages. The courtesy wine and chocolate biscuits were most appreciated. Looking forward to returning.

Comfortable cottage

Lovely well equipped cottage with welcoming wine and biscuits - thank you! We have stayed in many properties around the area but definitely will be returning again! You’ve thought of just about everything we would need (perhaps a drying rail/clothes line for washing/drying clothes?) and we were very cosy and happy. Shame the weather was not the best, but our dog still loved the beaches and the garden - even in pouring rain and freezing temperatures! See you next summer, if not before!

The property was perfect for our weekend away with our.

The patio doors looking out on to the enclosed garden meant our dog had the full reign inside and outside and we could watch her. The property was immaculately clean and well presented.

Excellent accommodation and brilliant host

Can’t say enough good things about this property and it’s owner. Yvonne was so accommodating when our original booking had to be cancelled because of the snow. We were able to change the dates without any trouble.

The cottage was immaculate and had everything that you could possibly need. The bed was super comfy with lovely linen, shower was powerful and big enough for 2!

With only a five minute walk to the beach and short drives to Northumberland’s loveliest places it is perfectly placed for a relaxing or active holiday. We shall definitely be booking again.

A beautifully decorated, well-equipped property

We enjoyed our stay in the modern and stylish cottage, with a well-equipped kitchen and a very useful back garden for dog owners. The beach is at walking distance from the cottage and there is also a pub nearby. There are beautiful beaches and National Trust properties to explore within half an hour's to an hour's drive.
