Activity and Interests
Direct access to the beach from the complex.
Flights to Malaga, approx 50 min drive or Gibralter approx 25 min drive. Transfers can made by taxi or car hire. Recommendations available.
The neighbouring village of Sabillinas is a ten minute stroll along the beach, where you will find more Bars & Restaurants and a Sunday Market.
Rhonda, atypical Spanish village set up in the mountains is 45 min drive away.
Puerto Banus, with its exclusive bars and restaurants, multi million pound yachts and bars is 20min drive.
Marbella, famous for its night life and shopping is 25 min drive
Gibralter, the rock, the monkeys and duty free shopping is 20 mins.
All by car, bus or taxi.
Trips to Morroco, Selwo National Parks and many more places are all bookable locally. More info can be provided.
Close walking distances to banks, supermarket, shops, markets etc.
The port has it's own market every night in high season.

Please check the availability chart and then email for confirmation. The apartment is managed locally, so any requests can be fulfilled. A deposit is required and full payment 8 weeks prior to departure. A fully refundable Accidental/breakages deposit is also required.

A 20% or £100 non refundable deposit is required and balance to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to departure, both payable to the Owner.

- Notes on accommodation: the apartment share 4 pools ( lifeguards in attendance July & August), tennis courts, gym and a wi fi area with seating. Watersports and Boat Trips are bookable locally in the port. I have a representative over in Duquesa who will meet and greet you and will look after any needs during your stay. Welcome packs available at an extra cost, payable locally. Travel Cot available. I can also arrange airport transfers at an extra cost, rates are very reasonable. Outside: Large Balcony sharing sunshine for majority of the day in summer months, patio furniture for 4 people. Not overlooked. Utility Room: Washing machine, Iron & ironing board, cool boxes. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedlinen is provided and rental price includes nominal final clean. Weekly extra linen change can be arranged and will be payable locally. Welcome packages can be arranged, again at an extra cost. Other: Secure underground parking with remote access. 24 hour security adjacent to apartment. Complex is only key accessible only.
