Casa Paradiso is a very exclusive, completely detached beautiful villa on one level surrounding a courtyard, no stairs to climb, with its own private pool, garden and gym, located close to San Pedro and Puerto Banus, Marbella area and part of the New Golden Mile, with famous neighbours and multi-million pound villas and estates. 3 double bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin rooms). One of the bedrooms has its own SEPARATE entrance off of the secure gated courtyard, adjacent to the main door of the villa, therefore giving much more privacy. There are 3 en suite bathrooms (the master bedrooms' en suite bathroom has under floor heating), kitchen with all facilities, top quality Miele dishwasher and washing machine and granite worktops, free Wifi, lounge/dining room with 60" Plasma Smart TV Home Cinema. We have provided Sky+TV in the villa, with an extensive package offering a huge range of channels. We also have a dedicated channel for UK TV stations. The villa is only 80 metres from the beach, less than 100 metres from lovely restaurants, supermarkets, bars and shops, only 5-6 mins drive from glamorous Puerto Banus Marina and situated across the road from El Paraiso Golf Club. Other local golf courses are Guadalmina, Aloha, Las Brisas and Atalaya Park.

The property includes an attractive, fairly high front wall with a full size gate leading into the courtyard. Apart from increasing your security (especially with young children), it also provides you with much more privacy.There is a beautiful private pool, 6 metres x 3 metres in size. The pool area has a Roman style theme, complete with statues and a waterfall going in to the pool. By the pool, there is a paved area for sun bathing with 4 sun loungers and a terrace area with barbecue, picnic table and chairs. The private garden has the benefit of the sun from morning until evening, depending on the time of year of course, but definitely during the Summer months and is perfect for sun worshipers! There is a gardener who will come in twice a week to do the garden and clean the pool. This may be on a Saturday morning or in the evening after 6.00 pm. There is car parking literally outside the property.

The villa benefits from a special filtration system which produces the purest drinking water in the world, so no need to buy heavy bottles of water. This property is unlike the majority of holiday rentals, in so far as you don't get any noise from neighbours, you have total seclusion and privacy and your own private swimming pool and garden.

There are more than 50 restaurants, bars, pubs and banks, all within a few metres of the property. There is every kind of cuisine possible; Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Italian, French, Lebanese, fish and chip restaurant, or if you prefer there are several English pubs.

We can provide you with numbers for taxi companies (including a 7 seater taxi) who provide airport transfers. There is a Visitors Information book in the villa, with all the information you could possibly want with regard to local nightlife, restaurants, bars, sport, medical etc.

We must stress that this is not an apartment, but a completely detached villa. The fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality and furnishings are of very high quality Italian leather and not typical of the usual rental property standard. This is not on a noisy urbanisation, but is in a totally secluded location and yet only a few mins walk from wonderful restaurants, bars, shops etc. To give you an idea of the calibre of properties in the area, there is a villa being built approx 70 metres away, which will be valued in the region of 25 million euros.

Puerto Banus 5-6 minutes, the old town of Marbella 10-12 minutes, Estepona Port 8-10 minutes, San Pedro 3 minutes, the biggest safari park in Europe "Selwo" 10 minutes, water park 30 minutes, ski resort Sierra Nevada 2 hours and historical mountain villages Ronda 30-40 minutes, Casares 25 minutes and Mijas 30 minutes. All distances given are for travel by car. We do have a sat nav available for your use at no extra charge, but it does need to be prebooked. There are also lovely mountain walks through pine forests with spectacular views. This really is a truly lovely and idyllic location!

We can offer excursions in a 7-seater air-conditioned car to locations including Ronda, Gibraltar, Tarifa, Casares, Mijas and Jubrique to name but a few. These must be pre booked. Please enquire for details.

The beach is literally just 80 metres from the villa. It is a natural beach and if you walk along approx. 300 metres to the left you will come to Salduna beach. if you walk along approx. 500 metres to the right there is a beautiful restaurant called “Pepe's on the Beach” which serves fresh food, meat, fish, pasta etc. and has been there for many years and is very well known in the area. If you walk on a further 80 metres you will come to La Antigua beach, which has Flamenco shows on Thursday evenings in the summer. Its worth noting that the beach at San Pedro, a five min drive away, has good facilities for children (playgrounds on beach and off the beach) and across the road, there is a very good Bar/Childrens play area (Bar Los Arcos) to keep children busy while adults enjoy a cold drink! Also a short drive away are Heaven and Puerto Banus beaches.

All of the beaches mentioned (apart from the natural beach) have sunbeds and parasols.

San Pedro is a stunning small town with two distinctive aspects to it. One aspect is the beach area which is full of beautiful beach restaurants. In fact many time in the past, Princess Diana and sons Prince William and Prince Harry were seen frequenting the restaurants and beaches here. There is a beautiful promenade where you can walk through to Puerto Banus. Puerto Banus is a very exclusive and glamorous marina, where you can mingle with the rich and famous and admire their beautiful yachts, There are lots of beautiful shops to look at around the marina, including many designer names, such as Dolce & Gabbana, Chloe, Louis Vuitton, Jimmy Choo and Versace. You can have a meal or just enjoy a drink in one of the many restaurants and bars there too. The second aspect of San Pedro is the old town with literally hundreds of bodegas, bars, restaurants and old churches, on cobbled streets and typically Andalusian, but with some beautiful modern shops as well. You could literally eat in a different restaurant every day for a year and beyond! San Pedro is less than three minutes drive from Puerto Banus and is also walking distance. It is a 20-25 minute walk into San Pedro from our property, or just a few minutes by car as it is only 1.75 miles away. Behind San Pedro, there is a mountain road which leads to the stunning village of Ronda, which will take approximately 35-40 minutes by car with breathtaking scenery en-route!

The Costa del Sol is one of the most beautiful areas on the Spanish coast, including the lovely Marbella, San Pedro and Puerto Banus There are lovely places to visit and shop, in addition to some beautiful beaches. If you hire a car, there are beautiful mountain villages such as Ronda and Mijas, which are well worth visiting. You could also take a drive to Gibraltar (about 40 mins by car) which is very good for shopping (don't forget your passports). Tarifa, just past Gibraltar, has the finest beaches in Europe. There are many historical sights to visit and Seville is only just over a 2 hour drive away and is spectacular. You also have the Sierra Nevada ski resport, which is approx 2 hour drive and is worth visiting there in the summer as well. It is 11,500 feet high and has amazing scenery. Also, the biggest safari park in Europe "Selwo" is only a 10 minute drive away. The Costa del Sol, Marbella area, was voted one of the top 3 places in the world to go on holiday to, by the New York Herald.

We could not recommend this property enough. Fabulous location and the most well equipped villa. We didn't meet the owners but Stacey who oversees the management of the property could not have been any more helpful...and make sure you visit Pepes on the beach front!

Home from Home - Loved every minute, truly paradise

Everything about this villa has been thought about, from the sky tv to the hair straighteners in the bathroom. Stacey, who looks after the property in the uk was ever helpful and answered any emails/queries quickly, nothing was too much trouble. We had amazing week and did not want to leave. A short pleasant walk to the beach or a short walk in another direction to a selection of some very nice restaurants, a british butcher providing lovely cuts of meat at reasonable prices and a supermarket across the footbridge and a local bus taking you into Marbella or Estepona (which has the nicest beaches in our opinion) and are easy to use. The accomodation itself was simply a home from home with no detail missed. The owners were home next door and were lovely and friendly making suggestions of interesting visits in the area. Selwo Safari park is a must see and not far. My 2 teenagers loved the pool (and the sky tv!) All in all we had an amazing week. We cant recommend highly enough and will definitely be returning to see more!! 5*

Lovely villa in a convenient location

This is our second visit and we have already booked for 2018. We are a party of 4 golfers so the villa is ideally located for many courses. It has many very good restaurants within walking distance also. The villa is comfortably furnished and the sky tv is an added bonus. Any problems that arise are quickly dealt with by the owners Mel and Leonard or their UK rep Stacey. We have no hesitation in recommending the property.

Tranquil, Pretty Villa with Pool

The location of the villa is perfect - in a very quiet residential area, but close enough to walk to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Only 80 metres from the beach, 40 minutes drive from the Airport, 10 mins from San Pedro and 20 mins from Marbella. One hour drive into the hills is the beautiful town of Ronda. Stunning views across the gorge and Puenta Nueva viaduct, and a beautiful old town to explore. We hired a car for two weeks, although if you don't drive Stacey can help with taxis and transfers.

The villa and garden is in the grounds of the owners Melanie and Leonard, but fully self contained and private. They are very welcoming, making sure you have everything you need, and on hand with local advice etc. There is enough space for six people with plenty of room and each bedroom has its own bathroom, with plenty of towels provided. One of the bedrooms is separate, across a little courtyard - private for families staying together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need - an oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The water purifier tap is great, no need to carry heavy bottles of drinking water.

The villa has a pretty garden and pool area. The pool is very clean, and the garden well looked after. There's a lounger each, with comfy cushions and a big sun canopy for hot days. There's also lots of pool inflatables which the kids loved.

The TV is huge and has all the Sky channels - Sports and Movies etc. and lots of English channels. There's also a dvd player with a selection of films. The wifi works really well, with coverage throughout the villa and garden.

We ate at some lovely restaurants - Pepe's on the beach, India House (lovely staff and food.) Kids love Funky Forest - out the back is a play area with trampoline and even a rabbits!

The description of the villa is accurate, and the booking process with Stacey very easy and professional. You can book via the website, or to save paying a booking fee, you can pay over the phone using a credit or debit card, whilst maintaining payment protection. The keys are posted out a week before arrival and include a stamped addressed envelope for their return. Our security deposit was returned promptly on return of keys.

This was the most peaceful, relaxing holiday we have had in a long time. You can do as much or as little as you want in the surrounding area, whether you like exploring or relaxing by the pool. We recommend to anyone and can't wait to return again!

Great Villa, great owners, great holiday!

So pleased we chose Casa Paradiso for an early beak in the Spanish sunshine! Although only the two of us, we thoroughly enjoyed the space and facilities! The owners were warm and welcoming from the outset and their help & friendliness greatly added to our holiday enjoyment.

Fantastic place run and owned by wonderful people.

We have stayed at Casa Paradiso 4 or 5 times now so that should speak volumes. The owners Leonard and Mel are great, very welcoming and friendly and Stacey who handles the booking arrangements is fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. The location is perfect, bars and retuarants within walking distance. If you want to leave your car at home there is a cab rank and bus service within a 5 minute walk. The accomodation is very nice, you will feel at home here as well as on holiday. I cannot recommend the experience highly enough.

The bus stop is at the top of the road and provides a very reliable service and runs every half an hour and also a taxi rank within 1 minute walk of the property. We must stress that everything mentioned locally is within a very short walk and no car is needed. However, we do advise you to hire a car if you want to explore the areas many varied and beautiful attractions. We can recommend a very good car rental company.

We require 25% of the rental amount to be paid immediately to reserve the dates for you. The balance will be due 56 days before the holiday starts and the damages deposit of £250 is payable 28 days before the holiday starts. Payments by direct bank transfer, credit or debit card payments online (service fee applies) or by phone, also PayPal. To avoid service fees for payments online, you can pay using your debit or credit card over the phone, or by PayPal, whilst still maintaining the security of your payment. Please advise which method of payment you would like to use.

Approximately 1 week before departure, we will send you a full set of keys by special delivery. A signature will be required when the keys arrive. On your return home we would ask you to return the keys to us in the SAE provided as soon as possible.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are flexible. Cleaning is between 10.00 and 14.00 (in some cases it may continue to 15.00), we ask you to vacate by 10.00 and arrive from 14.00 but luggage can be dropped off earlier. Times can be flexible, but only by prior arrangement.
