It is a short walk along the seafront to the village of Seaview with its boats, shops, bars and restaurants. Ferry discounts for all chalets. Wi-Fi is available in Kokota#54. (Preferential ferry prices for all our guests: please ask for details) Kingoyo#66 Beach Chalet has been modernised to Premier standard to provide a most comfortable accommodation for your seaside holiday. It is superbly situated in this small development, being beside the Hersey Lake & Nature Reserve, two minute's walk to the beach, and with its own decking to the front and side, and a further secluded decking area overlooking greensward to the rear. It is a short walk along the seafront to the village of Seaview with its boats, shops, bars and restaurants. Ferry discounts for all our chalets.

Internally, our 3 properties are the same. Externally, these are the differences: Kokota#54 is nearest to the beach and shops. Yangeyange#65 and Kingoyo#66 are nearer the lake (#66 being the nearest). Both #65 and #66 overlook the greensward to the rear and have decking with table and chairs to both the front and rear. Kingoyo#66 is generally regarded as the best of all the properties in

A top quality holiday.

This accomadation was perfect for us. It was very comfortable and well equipped. It was so close to the beach with a lovely view and the children enjoyed making friends. We watched sunsets and had bbq's on the beach. It was wonderful and we will definitely return again. The owner was very helpful and friendly in answering all my queries. In my opinion a top quality holiday. Thank you.

Lovely spot

Really relaxing position but walking distance to pubs,shops.the verandah at this cottage is lovely to sit on and watch the wildlife on and around the lake- we saw heron,egret,swans and ducks but best of all were the fox cubs in the evenings.the sunsets from the beach opposite were wonderful. This is a totally uncommercialised site.the accomodation itself is small but adequate,my only niggles were the lack of bathroom accessories such as towel rail,paper holder,any hooks etc but otherwise it was quite well equipped.everything was clean and fresh and the decor was very good we especially liked the artwork.we will certainly return in the future.
