House in Trewarmett, Trebarwith Strand, Cornwall, England - Peaceful Location, 3 Minute Drive Or 20 Minute Walk To Stunning Beach
Funky and interesting converted chapel which lends itself to open plan living for a group of good friends or a couple of happy families! Full of character with a small garden at the back, a lovely pub within walking distance and all of the glorious North Cornwall beaches nearby.............................................................................................................................

Hello, my name is Egidia . I am married with two children ,a daughter who is 25 and a son who is 13 ,Yes it is quite a gap but as I didn't stop work when I had them I couldn't quite face having two together.
I run my own business which is why I can't spend all my time at the Chapel , maybe one day .
Guestbook comments from the owner
Thank you Andy and Egidia for another wonderful trip to the Chapel. There were 8 women in total and we had a great time - even the sun came out! Best bit was watching the sun go down, glass of wine in hand after a fab day at the beach. We hope to go back soon. Sarah, Gabby and Loo, Bristol.

Damp, leaking and poor owner service
Location was ok apart from being careful not to step from the front door right in front of a car or lorry coming around the corners. Also difficult getting into and coming out of the garage due to position of the building. Not helped by building site next door! Barely any information was forthcoming from the owner and I had to track her down and chase her for details which when eventually received were sketchy at best. Place was on the whole clean. However, the door handle on the bathroom came loose meaning it could not be opened from the outside (seems to have happened before), one window upstairs would not close leaving a 1-2" gap for wind to get through and the roof leaked in the living room - the latter being reported to owner without any acknowledgement at all. Water leaked onto phone which has damaged it so not happy. TV, dvd , etc all unwired on arrival so difficulty to find where each wire went and no explanation as to how to put heating on. In addition, the initial site stated "Linen and towels" but the last mail I received said they do not supply towels! Site now seems to have been amended after my query on towels. I recommend you read the whole page on the site as the word "Funky" probably needs a new definition!

“We fell in love with the Chapel as soon as we saw it. The space and beautiful views especially . At first we use to finish work on Friday eve drive to Cornwall spend all weekend there coming back in time to get our son to school on Monday .Enjoying walks with our dogs and really getting away from it all . Now our son is older and has his sport commitments at weekends we just can't get there as much . The chapel has such a relaxing vibe along with the fresh Cornish air we always feel so rested after being there. There are endless walks to do .”
Activity and Interests
A 3 minute drive or a lovely 20 minute walk will take you to the stunningly beautiful tidal beach of Trebarwith Strand with fine sand at low tide, rocky spots to explore, soaring cliffs and excellent surf. Seaside shops and cafés and some good pubs will keep everyone happy.
Newquay airport is about 45 minutes away while Exeter airport is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes. A car is recommended as there is so much to explore nearby.
Tintagel with its many references to the legendary King Arthur is 1.7 miles. Port Isaac, second home of the even more legendary Lawrence Llewellyn-Bowen 8.6 miles while Boscastle renowned for its witchcraft connections is 4.5 miles
Tintagel has plenty of useful shops for supplies. The Mill House Inn at Trebarwith has super food, a fun, laid back atmosphere and plenty of locals alongside the holiday makers - always a sure sign of a good pub
