You will love this this modern and luxurious apartment. Is inserted into the tourist resort Baia Residence II in Sao Martinho do Porto, in a closed condo and equipped with a covered parking place, heated swimming pool, lawned garden with sun loungers.

Just a few minutes from the beach and the promenade where you can find the main trade.

The apartment can receive up to 4 people and it has 1 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, modern furniture, a spacious living room with a large TV / LCD, DVD player, stereo system, satellite TV, air conditioning in all rooms and fully equipped kitchen two confortable sofas. Located only 60 minutes drive from Lisbon airport (A8), approximately 3 hours from Porto airport and 5 hours from Faro airport.

Distances:

The apartment is located near the center of São Martinho do Porto, so you can walk everywhere. Only 10 km away you can find the city of Caldas da Rainha with its typical street fruits markets. 20 Km away is Obidos, a medieval town with its traditional crafts, great bars and restaurants set in a walled village. 30 km away is Peniche, a former fishing village, now an important fishing port and known internationally for surfing.

In São Martinho do Porto you will find everything you need, from groceries to markets, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, chemist, post office, bank, ATM machines.

Supermarkets and general supplies there are several on the outskirts of Caldas da Rainha, Obidos and Peniche. There is an excellent daily fruit and vegetable market and weekly flea market at Caldas da Rainha as well as banks and large number of ATM machines.

Leisure activities like golf and tennis can be found at Praia D'El Rey, surfing at Peniche or surfing big waves in Nazaré, watersports on the Obidos lagoon, fishing at Peniche or visiting a Water Park and Karting at Bombarral (approx 15kms south of Obidos).

Booking Notes:
To book, email us for a booking form. We will hold your reservation for 7 days by which time the booking form must be returned and a 30% deposit received to confirm the booking. We ask that the full amount be paid 4 weeks before arrival. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before arrival then the full amount is due at the time of booking. We also request that a damage deposit of €200 be paid 4 weeks before arrival, which will be reimbursed 48h after departure, if nothing has been damaged.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is usually Saturday but if circumstance permit this can be flexible especially out of the peak season. Check in time is after 16.00 and checkout by 10.00 on departure day. It may be possible to accommodate changes to these times by request.

Notes on prices:
Prices for bank holidays, special weekends, Valentine's Day, Christmas, New Years Eve, Easter, Carnaval are available upon request.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
