Welcoming, clean, home from home comforts.

Lovely welcome from the owners on arrival who are based in the adjoining property. Great views of the sea and surrounding coast with easy parking outside the property. Perfect base to explore Devon and Cornwall with great local shops for all our needs if we didn't eat out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Great place, great view

The view is to die for and the property is first class. Small, elegant, well maintained and lovely owners who can't do enough for you. I wonderful base to explore the South West from. A perfect retreat, quiet, very clean, modern with everything you need. would recommend to anyone and would stay again if in the area.

Perfect!

We have returned to stay at Sea Spray on our last three visits to Torquay! The cottage is lovely - well equipped, modern and clean, in a peaceful location with beautiful views. Hosts Cavan and Sarah are very welcoming and helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending a stay here and we will be back for a return visit.

Marvellous position overlooking the sea.

We had a marvellous stay at Seaspray. Everything was very clean and modern. Cosy bed, with sea views which was a bonus. Very peaceful setting. Cavan and Sarah were terrific hosts. Will definataly visit here again

Best equipped and sea view winter break we've had!

This is by far the best holiday rental we've had in the UK. Brilliant sea views across Torbay to Brixham, very well equipped accommodation and such warm and welcoming hosts in Cavan and Sarah. A short walk down to Hope's Nose to stretch your legs and do a spot of fishing. A quiet spot and a short drive to local pubs and restaurants. We strongly recommend Seaspray and plan to return again at some point.

Sea Spray is located a few meters from the South Devon coastal path and a short walk from two beaches.There are many other beaches and coves within a 10 mile radius. Dartmoor is a 30 minute drive away.

The Nearest beach is Meadfoot beach which is a 5 minute stroll away, there is a beach cafe and leisure facilities available . Numerous other beaches nearby with similar activities.

Travel:

The nearest airport is Exeter, a 20 minute drive away, Bristol airport 87miles.

The nearest ferryport- Plymouth 36miles.

The nearest train station is Torquay train station a 5 minute drive along the seafront. Newto Abbot is 8miles and Totnes 8 miles.

Torquay has a local bus station with regular services throughout the South West and up country.

The M5 motorway is 18 miles distance

Use of a car is not essential but is recommended.

Wellswood Village is one mile away. located in the village are a wide range of local shops and services including post office, hairdresser,bakers, restaurants and a family pub. Also in the village you will find the famous "Kents Cavern"

From its unique position, the luxury apartment captures the thrill of coastal living and looks out on a stunning panorama of Lyme Bay and Torbay. There are superb views over Thatcher Rock towards Berry Head and Brixham which can be enjoyed from many aspects of the accomodation which is South facing. The large bifold doors ensure the living accomodation is light and airey and ensures the views of the English Riviera can be enjoyed to the full.

Nearby Wellswood village (1 mile) offers a village style atmosphere with specialist shops including a supermarket, chemist, florist,post office, fashionale restaurants, hair salon and a friendly family orientated pub, The Kents.

The prehistoric caves of Kents Cavern are a 5 minute walk from Sea Spray. The harbourside town centre is a 4 minute drive and boasts a large picturesque marina and an exceptional range of shops, cafes and restaurants. Babbacombe model village and the picturesque village of Cockington are a short drive or bus ride away not forgetting the steam railway which takes passengers from Paignton to Dartmouth- go there by train and return via the beautiful river Dart. There is plenty to do on the water with boat and fishing trips together with a variety of water sports all available within the Bay. The deepwater harbour makes the area a favorite with yachtsmen, putting the Bay at the heart of unrivalled cruising. The Gulf Stream provides a mild climate with above average levels of sunshine and supports an abundance of sub-tropical plant life. There are wonderful opportunities for walking on the South Devon coastal footpath to both the East and West of Sea Spray and further opportunities for walking or horse riding on Dartmoor. Booking Notes:
A 33% deposit is required to make a booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. Where bookings are made within 6 weeks of arrival, then 100% of booking rental to be paid.

It is advisable to obtain Holiday Cancellation Insurance.
All linen and towels are changed weekly and are included in the tariff. Please bring your own beach towels though please.Tea,Coffee and milk included in your arrival pack.

Changeover Day:
Change over day is normally on a Saturday. Arrival time is no earlier than 3pm. On the day of departure the accommodation must be vacated by 10am.
There is a degree of flexibility so please feel free to enquire.

Notes on prices:
Short breaks are welcome with a minimum cost based on a 4 night stay. Prices can be obtained on enquiry.

No Security deposit is taken but breakages should be reported along with payment to cover the cost of replacement. Thank you
