There are 2 beautiful, award-winning "infinity" swimming pools just 1 minute's walk, both with glorious views. Numerous sandy beaches, a huge choice of restaurants, shops/supermarkets/banks & 3 golf courses are all within 5-15mins drive. The apartment is furnished & equipped to a very high standard, has full hot/cold air-conditioning, WI-FI internet, & a large south-facing private sun terrace with gas BBQ, dining area & sunbeds. Ideal for those who enjoy relaxing holidays in peaceful surroundings with all amenities close by.

Beautiful Penthouse, beautiful location

We totally fell in love with this penthouse apartment. we recently had 10 days here and can honestly say I didn't want to go home and that's because this place feels so much like home. spotlessly clean, exactly as it details in the description and has every conceivable item you could want.

we did have a small issue with one of the toilets but this was communicated and dealt with in a very swift, professional manner.

sure the location is about a 20 minute drive to central moraira and up some steep hills but it is so worth it. peaceful, quiet and spectacular views.

I am just disappointed that we are returning in September and it is not available on our selected dates..

I will return in a heartbeat and am already looking at a months stay next year.

The property is a few minutes drive from the beautiful secluded beach on Cumbre del Sol which has a restaurant, beach bar & sunbeds. The beach at Moraira (wide, sandy beach) & El Portet (a sandy, picturesque bay with wonderful views) are 10mins drive. Both have restaurant/toilet facilities and are particularly suitable for children. Javea is 15mins drive & has large sandy beaches. In addition, there are many unspoiled coves & viewpoints to discover within easy driving distance.


Alicante Airport is 1 hour's motorway drive to the south, and Valencia Airport is 1hr 15mins motorway drive to the north. "Door to door" driving instructions will be provided.

Car hire is essential.


MORAIRA (10mins drive): Up-market town retaining a village atmosphere. Beautiful sandy beaches, excellent selection of bars/restaurants, pretty Marina, & a lively shopping area including a market on Friday mornings.

JAVEA (15mins drive): A fascinating mix of old & new - lovely beach, huge choice of restaurants in the port and beach areas, & an unspoilt old town which is fun to explore.

BENITACHELL & TEULADA (10mins drive): Small Spanish villages with pretty houses & street markets.

CUMBRE DEL SOL: Close by (2 mins drive) there is a restaurant/bar with its own swimming pool, & a well-stocked supermarket & pharmacy, and further restaurants/bars at the Lirios Centre (5 mins drive).

There is an abundance of activities available locally including water sports, boat trips, golf, tennis, cycle hire, horse riding, fishing, and go-karting.


BENIDORM (approx. 45 mins drive): Major tourist resort, the best beaches in Europe, and unrivalled night-life. TERRA MITICA THEME PARK, TERRA NATURA WILDLIFE PARK, AQUALANDIA WATER PARK & MUNDOMAR (dolphin & sea lion shows) are located here. Great fun for all ages. Also BENIDORM PALACE for a good meal, flamenco cabaret & dancing.

ALTEA (30 mins drive): A coastal town dating back to 1562. Old town is very quaint & has many good restaurants & unusual shops. Superb market on Tuesday mornings.

VALENCIA (1 hour´s drive north): Spain´s 3rd largest city & thought to be more than 2000 years old, and a former Moorish capital. Sights include the Cathedral, the Silk Exchange, Ceramic Museum & numerous art galleries. Good shops & magnificent covered food market. Don´t miss the futuristic Science & Arts Museum.

JALON VALLEY (30 mins drive inland): Fabulous scenery & unspoiled Spanish villages. Here you can see how rural life in Spain has remained unchanged for centuries. Famed for its wine production. From the vantage point of Coll de Rates, it´s possible to see the whole valley and, on a clear day, the island of Ibiza.

GUADALEST: A mountain village 25kms inland from Benidorm - the 2nd most photographed place in Spain! The views from here are stunning. Built by the Moors to defend themselves from invasion, it´s entered by going through a hole in the cliff face.

FONTS D´ALGAR: Situated on the way back from Guadalest - cascading waterfalls & fresh water pools where you can have a welcome swim after a hot day!
