The property has the most breath-taking, uninterrupted views of the sea & surrounding countryside &, on a clear day, you can see the island of Ibiza. Undoubtedly the best views on the Costa Blanca! There are 2 beautiful, award-winning "infinity" swimming pools just 1 minute's walk, both with glorious views. Numerous sandy beaches, a huge choice of restaurants, shops/supermarkets/banks & 3 golf courses are all within 5-15mins drive. The apartment is furnished & equipped to a very high standard, has full hot/cold air-conditioning, WI-FI internet, & a large south-facing private sun terrace with gas BBQ, dining area & sunbeds. Ideal for those who enjoy relaxing holidays in peaceful surroundings with all amenities close by.

Beautiful Penthouse, beautiful location

We totally fell in love with this penthouse apartment. we recently had 10 days here and can honestly say I didn't want to go home and that's because this place feels so much like home. spotlessly clean, exactly as it details in the description and has every conceivable item you could want.

we did have a small issue with one of the toilets but this was communicated and dealt with in a very swift, professional manner.

sure the location is about a 20 minute drive to central moraira and up some steep hills but it is so worth it. peaceful, quiet and spectacular views.

I am just disappointed that we are returning in September and it is not available on our selected dates..

I will return in a heartbeat and am already looking at a months stay next year.

Prices include all utilities (gas, electricity, water, hot/cold air-conditioning), wi-fi, towels & bed linen, & cleaning before & after your stay. No hidden extras.

We accept bookings for part-weeks (subject to a minimum of 7 days), the extra days being charged pro-rata.

LONG TERM LETS (1 month or more) are available in Low Season at REDUCED RATES. Please ask Agent for more information.

Arrival is any time after 4pm, and departure by 10am.

English-speaking local representative available.
Cot/Highchair/folding bed can be provided on request for a small extra charge payable locally.
Welcome Packs are available on request.

25% is payable on booking (in GB£ or euros) & the balance becomes due 8 weeks before departure.

In addition, there is £150 (or euro equivalent) security deposit (payable with the balance), which is refunded in full within 14 days of your return home, provided you have complied with our Terms & Conditions of Booking, & we are in receipt of the keys.

Payments are accepted by bank transfer.

Winter lets: The apartment is very sunny during the winter, and the air-conditioning can be switched to "hot" to provide heating during the cooler months. Outside: The large private SUN TERRACE has a table & chairs for 4, a gas BBQ, 4 sun loungers, a large parasol for shade, and outside lighting. TWO "INFINITY SWIMMING POOLS (a minute's walk) are for exclusive use of residents & guests and each have a baby area, sunbeds, ceramic bench seating & a shady area. The pool areas are peaceful and never crowded, even in high season. Utility Room: Utility cupboard in family bathroom housing washing machine & ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels & bed linen are included, with a weekly or mid-term change on bookings in excess of 9 nights. Please bring your own beach towels. The property is cleaned before & after your stay. Other: Both bedrooms have a hair dryer. Any expired printer cartridges must be replaced by the user
