Luxurious sought after second and third floor penthouse apartment with magnificent sea views. Centrally situated. The property includes three bedrooms (one double, two twin), two large bathrooms and two private sun terraces. It has a modern spacious interior with TV, DVD, satellite, wireless internet access, air conditioning and a brand new kitchen with all mod cons. The apartment is furnished to an extremely high standard. Bellaluz with its central plaza with restaurants, boutiques, pharmacy and bars is a few minutes walk away, as is the tennis centre. La Cala beach is 5 minutes drive away and slightly further afield are the beaches of Playa Calblanque. The resort boasts 3 18-hole championship golf courses.
We are married with two children, two dogs and a cat! We have owned Los Olivos 16C for 18 months now having owned (and still owning) Los Olivos 3P for over 6 years and have turned both into modern apartments, putting in a new kitchen and completely revamping the living/dining areas in 16C and putting in a new kitchen, dining chairs,bedding, curtains and a new ensuite bathroom in Jan 14 in 3P. Our house in Monte Claro down the road from Los Olivos -on four stories with 5 bedrooms and 3 sun decks -gives lots of outdoor space.It has marble floors throughout - super luxurious.The pool in MC is for the 15 residents and you can watch the children from the terrace! We holiday here twice a year and extended family stay in both apartments .We love the food, facilities,space and tranquility.

It is so easy to get to from Murcia airport -just 20 mins by car with the car hire just outside the airport it couldn't be easier.
There are cheap flights from Gatwick and many other local airports. We usually fly Ryan Air.
The apartment is spacious and has everything you need as a family. Washing machine and tumble dryer essential!
With a flat screen TV and over 150 DVD's that we have accumulated there there is plenty inside to entertain the children on a quiet afternoon/night in but with so many restaurants/cafes and bars a short beautiful walk away you are spoiled for choice. Favourite part of the day is waking up and having coffee on the lower sun deck. What a view. We never want to come home.
The private beach , La Cala, is heavenly and we love snorkelling there.
Wifi is great and the unique location in La Manga' Los Olivos offers amazing views and you are 1 minute away each side to the 3 pools so its safe for the children to make their own way there. The sun decks offer great relaxation and privacy when you dont want to go anywhere!
In 3P the extra storie offers great through winds at the hottest part of the day.
Beautiful, big an tasteful equiped Penthouse with everything you need. Nice front- and backterrasse and even balcony with spectacular views. 2 big bathroom - one for me and my wife and one the the teenagers ...
In walking distance to tennis and golfcourts. Everything you need for a good and convinient stay.
Just spent 10 nights in this beautiful apartment. Booking process was very easy and great communication from the owner, including a welcome check email on the day of arrival thanks to the complimentary wifi(which worked for vast majority of our 10 days- much better than any previous limited service we have experienced abroad)
Great location, half way between bellaluz square up the hill, and the main commercial centre downhill, both with good selection of bars and eateries. The air conditioning was great and definitely needed as it was 30degrees plus every day. The finishes in all bedrooms, bathrooms and the kitchen were lovely and the apartment did feel very loved as opposed to just a furnished rental. The beds were also extremely comfy which is the usual focus of our complaints. The patio furniture on the main terrace was lovely rattan, sitting 8 and 4 x sun loungers, gas BBQ (with gas supplied)and the upper terrace again was fully furnished with a table 6 chairs and 4 x sun loungers. There was only 4 in our party , 1 x couple and 2 x teenage girls, so we had lots of space. There was every imaginable device in the kitchen, and ample crockery. Washer, dishwasher and tumbler dryer. Plenty of hangers in the wardrobes, and storage. Pool towels and bath towels provided also.
It is a 30sec walk to both outdoor pools or the indoor one. I cannot complain about anything, and I would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return again. The only thing to be mindful of is the apartment is on a hill and the access can be a little steep- not a problem for fit and able, but may not suit everyone. Overall a fabulous property!

Once a booking is confirmed we require a 50% deposit. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure. Keys can be collected from our Management Company -Resort Management -who can arrange secure key access should your arrival be out of hours (they supply the code for the mail box). Credit card details will be taken by Resort Management in case of damage to our apartment.
Prefer Saturdays but are flexible especially out of school holidays.
Check in time is 4pm
Departure time is 10.30am.
Flexibility can be offered on these times also.
