We are Jose and Christina,we have a lovely Andalucian villa in which we have lived for the last ten years. Work takes us to another country therefore we would like to share our house and have people come to enjoy it.

Our English friend Tracy is on hand for all your needs and just 5 minutes away.

I built it here because it is a very secure setting and very beautiful with easy access to the A92 and La Puebla De Cazalla

We enjoy the tranquility and open space of the house, the freedom of space allows us to BBQ in peace, use our beautiful pool and do as we please.

we found sightseeing a pleasure visiting Sevilla,Cordoba and Ronda.The A92 makes everywhere easily accessible and we were pleased to note we couldn,t here the traffic from it.We will dehnitely make a return visit.

The villa is fantastic, we don't want to leave. It is comfrtable and cool (thanks to the air conditioning). The whole family loved the pool, it was great having the wifi in the pool area. Further more Jose was great helping mentioning all the good restaurants, also giving us good advice. The family loved the cats with them both being so friendly.

We don't want to leave, we had an amazing time with lots to do. With puebla just round the corner and the supermarket in Marchena we were never without food or beer.

Brilliant holiday at Jose's villa.

An excellent villa with everything you could need. Jose is a very attentive person and very helpful should you have any problems. eg, he printed out tickets for us for the water park. He came around every other day to water his many plant pots and to empty the rubbish and recycling bin; a vital necessity in the very hot Spanish summer. He also attends to the pool at the same time.

The whole villa is a large property, but the part you will rent is the top floor. It seems the the ground floor is not used during the letting season. Don't be concerned by this. The property rooms and facilities are exactly as illustrated in the photos and are ideal for a group of 6 people. Two of the bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned- a godsend during considering the temperature when we were there peaked at 44C in the shade!!

There are several good supermarkets in the local village of Marchena, open till late in the evenings. Also Puebla de Cazalla has a fair variety of shops and some good butchers.

It also has a first class restaurant "El Jardal" which seems only to be open from 21:30 till midnight on Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sundays. But well worth a visit.

If you are considering renting Jose's villa then do not hesitate or you may miss the opportunity. Thanks Jose. Bryn and family.

A very relaxing week in this well located villa

We had no problems booking this villa. Jose the owner was very pleasant on the telephone. He patiently awaited our arrival at the side of the road as we had car rental issues. We followed him to the villa which was on a secure gated property in the countryside. He personally gave us a tour of the villa which he built for himself and family.

The four of us promptly drove to Marchena to the local supermarket which was quite close to the villa and stocked up with our groceries for the week.

It was very hot during the week and we all enjoyed using the swimming pool which was very clean on arrival. Jose came by once in the week to check on it.

Our travels from the villa included a trip to Ronda which we found to be quite touristy but very pretty scenery followed by Zahara. What beautiful views from the top of the town.

A trip to Seville and a visit to Alcazar is not to be missed. The streets were lined with the most beautiful mauve trees called Jacaranda. We also visited the Cathedral. Another recommended site to see is the city of Cordoba.

The local town of La Puebla de Cazalla has a great market every Friday which is well worth seeing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa. It was clean, well equipped and the gardens were also very pretty.

We would all recommend this villa as it is well situated to visit the places mentioned above.

The only recommendation we could pass on would be to upgrade the plumbing in the showers.

There is a nightly variety of animal noises that we could hear and upon researching we found that this is quite typical of being in the countryside in Spain. Still more desirable than hearing traffic sounds! Excellent value for the price.

If our travels bring us back to Spain we will not hesitate to stay here again.

Hassle free holiday home

Booking direct can be risky, but absolutely no such problems here. Contact with Tracy & Jose before booking provided all the reassurance needed. Nearer our date of departure, emails & a phone call with Jose provided useful information on local facilities (nearly all shops are closed on Sunday). We were met just off the A92 by Jose who led us to his villa of which he is justifiably proud. A quick tour of the facilities and we were left in peace, with the invitation to contact Jose if there were any problems at all. The villa is exactly as described and shown in the photos.

The weather was incredibly hot during our stay, so energies did not extend beyond sitting in the shade and dropping into the large pool at regular intervals. The air conditioning kept us comfortable at night! Puebla is a small friendly town worth exploring on foot. There was a large market on Thursday morning. Supermarket shopping in Marchena provides a change of scenery without travelling too far. A trip to Seville is very worthwhile.

All in all a relaxing, hassle free holiday at a very fair price, which was just what we wanted!

Highly Recommended

This was our first visit to Spain and we were not disappointed. Jose (the owner) is a very friendly person who is extremely proud of his property and culture. His knowledge of what's on in the area was so helpful when planning our week. The villages of Carmona (with Phoenician fortress accessed by Roman roads), Marchena (bustling village with superb supermarket)and Cazalla (real flamenco bars) are full of character, and are easily accessed by car. Surrounded by fields of sunflowers, with birds of prey soaring overhead, it is a joy to drive through the rural plains of Andalucia.

After a cultural morning the perfect afternoon can be spent cooling off in the excellent and capacious swimming pool and patio, interspersed with relaxing periods in the garden terrace, sipping cold drinks from the outside freezer. Perfect!

The villa was immaculately presented and clean, with tasteful furnishings and art. Everything required for a relaxing week was provided. In July the air conditioning was most welcome.

Jose provided a perfect holiday destination, which left us with fond memories of Spain and its people.

Highly recommended.

The Perfect Pool

This was our first Villa holiday and we just loved it! We were greeted by the owner Josie and made to feel very welcomed. The villa was beautiful and the pool was just amazing! Josie was non intrusive and took care of all the chores. The local shops are just a stones through away (by car)!

If you are to choose this villa you won't be disappointed! The pool is just perfect and the villa is clean and comfortable. Thanks Josie for a fabulous holiday home. Adrian, Veronique, Megane and Lewis. xxxx
