Samphire is a beautiful newly built semi-detached house situated in a peaceful corner of Beadnell village. The house overlooks a recreation area with grass and a small playground, offering a perfect location for families with young children to relax and enjoy a well earned holiday. 10 minutes walk to the local village shop, pubs and restaurants, 5 minutes to the beach. Spaces for 2 cars to park directly in front of the house.

Property cleaned on changeover days prior to each occupation. Linen changed at each changeover at the time of cleaning. Beadnell is a good place for touring the area from. Lovely beach

We were so lucky with the weather and the Farnes were full of nesting birds, puffins etc and Atlantic Grey seals. We had 3 sightings of dolphins. 'Samphire' was a good easy house for the family to share with grandparents. Alnwick has lots of charm and the spectacular

gardens a must. Visit the Fishing Boat Inn at Bulmer for a view over the wide beach and lovely food. Let the children play in the sand while you enjoy a relaxing drink on the terrace.

Beautiful

This was a fabulous break in Northumberland. The house was so clean and well equipped - a real home from home. The weather wasn't too kind for the first few days but we found plenty of walks and places to visit then back to a lovely warm house. The beach at Beadnell is just amazing, just a few minutes walk, the dog was in his element! Plus the bonus of it being dog friendly all year. I can't praise this property highly enough, the best holiday home we've ever stayed in!

Home from home

We were delighted to stay in this lovely 3 bedroomed property, situated on a new housing estate with child friendly facilities. It had everything you could possibly need and we found it perfect for our stay. Beadnell is a truly beautiful place, with a wonderful stretch of sandy beach 5 mins walk away (dog friendly). There are lots of great places to visit nearby too, Seahouses, Alnwick, Bamburgh Castle, Berwick to name but a few. We would most definitely return.

Having WIFI would be a plus for future consideration by the owners but not a necessity.
