Our newly renovated bungalow with all you could wish for in a seaside village and a great location for coastal walking from the front door. Easy walk along the coastal path to Tresaith which is partly surfaced with great views. Nice village pub near the sandy beach with an opportunity to spot dolphins and seals. Bus service to Cardigan or Aberystwyth from village. The Cardi beach bus service allows for one way walks along the coast. Things to do nearby include sailing, surfing, angling, sea fishing, coastal voyages, bird watching,pony trekking and golf.

I live in Northamptonshire with my wife and both of us work full time. We have been together for 14 years and during this time we have travelled extensively and we have enjoyed many holidays both in the UK and abroad.

"Lovely cliff top walk to Tresiath, lovely stroll around Newcastle Emlyn and sheep market. Spectacular views from walk around headland from Poppet Sands, beautiful beach and walks from Cwyn. Lovely nature reserve at Cardigan with various "hides" and good value cakes/coffee in their cafe."

Had a great week at the cottage. It had everything we needed, very comfortable, a home from home. Very spacious - just what we needed for all the family. Lovely, enclosed garden - perfect for summer BBQs (weather permitting)! Ample parking for 2 cars. Ideal location, within walking distance to the beach and gorgeous coastal path. Llangrannog & Mwnt Beaches also worth a visit & New Quay. Would highly recommend and hope to be back for another visit :-)

Having fell in love with Aberporth on a holiday in the spring of 2012, my wife and I purchased this property in August 2012. We enjoy the quiet village location and easy access to superb scenery, sea views and walking. We spent seven months lovingly refurbishing our bungalow. To make this a place we eventually want to retire to, we have spent many an hour on the road to and from Northamptonshire until we were happy with the final result as you can see in the photographs. The whole property has been completely refurbished throughout except for the shower room. Some of our friends have helped us with our renovations and we hope now that everyone can see what a great place this is to be. We have been awarded a four star rating with visit wales.

The property is a ten minute walk from a safe sandy beach ideal for families. There is the convenience of a village shop, pub and take away resturants all within easy walking distance. The cliff path is only a couple of minutes away and offers superb walking with excellent views. The property is great for families, it can sleep 7 people. The Super King bed can be converted to 2 single beds and the twin room also has a pull out bed. A travel cot and carry cot are also available. The property has the advantage of a separate shower room and an en-suite bathroom with an electric shower over the bath. The garden is also enclosed for children and a pet. There is parking for 3/4 vehicles. We have had some excellent feedback so far.
