Apartment in Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Central Algarve, Portugal - Very Peaceful Location 10 Minutes Walk To The Beach

Just over 20 kilometres west of Faro one of the most luxurious and exclusive resorts in Europe, set in 2000 acres of unspoiled pinewoods, lush green championship golf fairways and lakes. Two privately owned, luxury apartments with spacious lounge, bedroom with en-suite and separate shower room. Balconies leading from both the lounge and bedroom overlooking the gardens. Easy access to miles of unspoilt sandy beaches via the famous footbridge across the Ria Formosa lagoon. There is a large communal pool, incorporating a separate children's pool, surrounded by extensive terracing, and poolside bar (April – September). There also are 2 tennis courts available for use of residents. Local banks, post office, supermarkets, medical centre and boutiques 5 minutes drive. Plenty of local restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets (details/bookings available at reception).

Outside: There is a private patio downstairs, leading out onto quiet communal gardens stretching down to a pond. There is a balcony upstairs, west facing with glorious views and dramatic sunsets. Seating is an outdoor table and four chairs. With a big outdoor pool surrounded by lush gardens, this is perfect for children, and in the summer season there's a reasonably priced bar/restaurant on the premises. Utility Room: Part of upstairs entrance Hall iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Change of linen and cleaning of apartment once a week £40- prices based on 2 people, supplement for additional occupants to cover extra linen and laundry Other: notes on Prices: Electricity and air conditioning is included in the price.
