Another lovely slightly larger apartment located at the the front of the building with views over the beach and bass rock. Large comfortable lounge with three sofas and chairs with bay window enjoying the beach views. Double bedroom with kingsized bed also with bay window beach views. TV/DVD player. Twin room tastefully decorated. Hall/dining area. Bathroom with bath and shower above and separate toilet. Kitchen is well equipped and has a featured antique welsh dresser. Includes a washing machine, microwave, hob and oven and the back-door leads onto the south facing patio.

Both flats are well equipped ground seaside apartments located across the road from East bay beach. The Hideaway has a sunny south facing private garden leading onto the public putting green and tennis courts making it an ideal spot for children to play. The garden has a large solid wooden circular table and chairs to seat 8 with a lovely chimenea for al fresco dining, overlooking north Berwick law. The second apartment, EastBay, is situated at the front of the building and has beautiful views of the bass rock and a small south facing patio off the kitchen with seating for four. Both flats are seconds from the beach, and 2 minutes from the town centre and local harbour. Private off street parking is available for both apartments at the front of the building also overlooking the beach.

My husband and i bought these seaside escapes when our children were young 14 years ago, and have spent many happy holidays here,mostly golfing and playing on the beach.

We are now retired and our children have flown the nest, and would like you to be able to enjoy the fantastic facilities North Berwick has to offer,numerous golf courses,beautiful beaches, harbour with scottish seabird centre,several unique restaurants,cafes and shops.

We provide beach towels,chairs,buckets and spades etc, so just make yourself a cup of tea, and within seconds walk onto the beach and enjoy what we have had all these years.

Wonderful Break

What a super rental , with so much space and charm .

Every need was provided for , with no shortfalls .

The flat was scrupulously clean , and all appliances worked .

The location by the beach has enviable views , yet a few minutes walk to town .

We had a great break , and would certainly highly recommend !
