A lovely apartment located on marine parade. One double bedroom overlooking the private garden and one twin room. Well equipped bathroom with shower above bath. Bright open plan kitchen/dining area/lounge opens onto the garden via a glass porch. TV/DVD player. Kitchen- washing machine, microwave, hob and oven.

The apartment has been tastefully decorated throughout in a holiday seaside theme.

There is a large 'games room' with a full sized american mahogany pool table and various books,games and card table.

About the property


Both flats are well equipped ground seaside apartments located across the road from East bay beach. The Hideaway has a sunny south facing private garden leading onto the public putting green and tennis courts making it an ideal spot for children to play. The garden has a large solid wooden circular table and chairs to seat 8 with a lovely chimenea for al fresco dining, overlooking north Berwick law. The second apartment, EastBay, is situated at the front of the building and has beautiful views of the bass rock and a small south facing patio off the kitchen with seating for four. Both flats are seconds from the beach, and 2 minutes from the town centre and local harbour. Private off street parking is available for both apartments at the front of the building also overlooking the beach.

My husband and i bought these seaside escapes when our children were young 14 years ago, and have spent many happy holidays here,mostly golfing and playing on the beach.

We are now retired and our children have flown the nest, and would like you to be able to enjoy the fantastic facilities North Berwick has to offer,numerous golf courses,beautiful beaches, harbour with scottish seabird centre,several unique restaurants,cafes and shops.

We provide beach towels,chairs,buckets and spades etc, so just make yourself a cup of tea, and within seconds walk onto the beach and enjoy what we have had all these years.

A home away from home

I just loved our stay at Eastbay holiday house, such a cosy and warm house that was spotlessly clean. Our kids were overjoyed when they discovered that the two soft toys on the beds were gifts for them to take home and my husband and I enjoyed our gift of a bottle of wine and chocolates! The house has fantastic views of North Berwick. The owner was so friendly and welcoming. we went on a day trip to Eastlinks which was fantastic fun both for kids and adults!

We will definitely be returning!

Exactly as description on site. nice & cozy flat, clean and tidy.Plenty of games and books for the whole family not to mention the pool table.Owners very friendly and helpful.Location ideal across road from beach, few minutes walk to town.Would recommend this property to anyone.Buttercup cafe very pleasant for lunch/tea,Fro yo ice cream parlour and cakes lovely. East Links Family Park great day for kids and adults.Nothing to dislike.Thank You,Hidaway and North Berwick for a great holiday .
