Granary Cottage Sleeps 6 (3 Bedrooms)

Granary Cottage is a large newly refurbished three bedroom cottage and large private enclosed garden. There is a barbecue and picnic table in the garden and suitable if you wish to bring your dog. There are two double bedrooms with kingsize beds and views across the countryside. There is a spacious twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower over the bath and an additional ensuite shower room to one of the double bedroom. There is a spacious living room with wireless internet access, TV and DVD, large sofas and armchairs. There is an additional smug sitting room off the kitchen. There is seating for 6 with a large retro smeg fridge, microwave, electric cooker and dishwasher. There is a washing machine next door in the washroom.

Laverstock Farm offers Bed & Breakfast and Self Catering accommodation. Laverstock is a beautiful and well kept private estate at the end of long sweeping driveway comprising of a country house and 5 holiday cottages and 2 shepherds huts. Laverstock Cottage is the largest and sleeps up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms. There is a large sitting room with a new wood burner (logs are provided). There are two large three seater sofas and two arm chairs. The sitting room has that cosy, country cottage feel and is perfect for relaxing with friends or family.

Been in the family for generations and my father inherited the Farm. I moved into Laverstock 5 years ago to manage the properties and live here as I love the farm, grew up here and perfect place to raise children.

    Fridays are changeover days but can be flexible on short breaks. Accommodation is ready by 2pm and check out is by 10am
