House in Benimar, Nr. Rojales, Costa Blanca South, Spain - Located Between Two Typical Spanish Villages And Only 10 Minutes Drive From The Costa Blanca Coast

This semi-detached house provides extensive comfortable and contemporary family accommodation that can sleep up to 8 (or 9 using guest bed) over 4 bedrooms. Renters of the property have access to a well maintained private shared pool which is located in a beautiful setting. There is a large selection of quality restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarkets within a short walking distance. The local villages have markets each week which supply everything from food and household items to clothes and leather goods. There are an abundance of beaches at the nearby Costa Blanca coastline which is only a 10 minute drive away. The closest beach is at Guardamar which is a favourite holiday destination for the Spanish. There are other beaches such as La Marina (15 minutes drive away) which is surrounded by sand dunes and a pine forest. There is also the seaside town of Torrevieja (20 minutes drive away) which has a fantastic promenade with a permanent market.

Fabulous!

A lovely welcoming apartment with all the amenities you could need. Very central to the many restaurants nearby and a short drive to the lovely coast of Guardemar. The apartment itself is ideal for a family group and the facilities are excellent. The shared pool is only a few metres away from the apartment itself and we found it very quiet and were often the only family there so was more like a private pool! Lots of lovely and varied eateries nearby. Markets in local villages excellent. Benidorm accessible via coach trip. We could not fault the apartment or location, nor the help of the owners prior to our arrival. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday in a lovely location! We had a truly lovely week and would definitely recommend to others - fabulous!

My family have been going here for a few years now and everyone is so helpful and friendly, the property is furnished to a really high standard and has everything you need which makes staying in at night a real home from home.

Activity and Interests

Special interest holidays:

There are a number of nature reserves within a 30 minute drive which are of special interest to birdwatchers. A variety of water sports are available at a number of the local beaches within 15 to 30 minutes away.

Coast/Beach:

Beautiful beaches along the whole of the nearby coast line. The closest beach at Guardamar is only a 10 minute drive away. For a beach with no overlooking apartment blocks and villas I would recommend the beach at La Marina with its sand dunes and pine forest.

Travel:

Alicante and Murcia airports are both within a 40 minute drive. Airport pickups can be arranged just call me and car hire can also be arranged.

Distances:

House is located between 2 spanish villages of Benijofar and Rojales which are only 5 minute walk away. Local restaurants and bars are 2 minute walk away. The local water park is 20 minute walk (5 minute drive) away. The Costa Blanca coast line and beaches are 10 - 15 minutes drive. 5 golf courses all within 30 minute drive. Seaside town of Torrevieja is a 20 minute drive and the City of Alicante with its promenade, world class beach, marina, old town, historic castle are 45 mins drive away

Further Details:

There are a number of banks in each of the local villages of Benijofar and Rojales.

A deposit of 20% will secure your booking which is non-refundable after 7 days of taking the deposit. The balance is due 4 weeks before you travel along with a refundable £100 damage deposit.

  • Outside: There is a balcony with a large table and 6 chairs (other chairs available). There is a patio at the side of the property with a small table and chairs. A portable barbecue is stored at the rear of the property. There is a private shared swimming pool located about 30 metres from the property which is accessed by key. Car parking is provided directly outside the entrance to the property. Utility Room: There is a washing machine housed in a cupboard on the upper level, with an iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen are included with the property. The property is thoroughly cleaned before and after each rental.
