Dolphins Barn is a lovely, spacious house, in a quiet location at end of a cul de sac, with a large, level enclosed garden. Only a five minute safe walk to two beaches - one sandy surfing beach with lifeguard in summer months and great beach cafe. The other beach is amazing for rock pooling and has a natural swimming pool. There is WIFI, BBQ, garden furniture, Four bedrooms - super king bed (en suite shower/toilet) and large balcony(TV in room), king sized bed (en suite shower/toilet), two twin rooms. Kitchen/dining room has a large Range master double oven. This room is very spacious and has an additional sitting area with TV.

Very comfortable and roomy . Large master bedroom with great shower and views looking over Trevone.

Lovely property . We spent a lot of time in the Garden . Trevone great place . Only a short walk to a lovely beach , farm shop , cafe and pub. Walked to Padstow and to Harlyn Bay .

Tina very helpful prior to our visit . We would recommend this property to anyone .

Lovely spacious comfortable house in really good location

Really loved the house. Very spacious and so, even though there were 7 of us it never felt cramped. Loved big open kitchen with lovely big table so plenty of room for us all to sit round. Just a couple of very nit picky things which I wasn't even sure about mentioning- only two dishwasher tablets provided. Maybe better not to provide any rather than 2! And could have done with some hand soap in toilets/bathrooms. Maybe mention in your information pack where the recycling bags are located as we spent ages trying to find them before finding them outside. As I say really small things and we had such a lovely weekend. None of us wanted to leave. Fantastic location for the beaches and if weather had been better or it had been a warmer time of year this would have had been even more of a selling point. Already talking about coming back next year.

Fabulous - even though it was January!

We wanted a short break in Cornwall when we had visitors from overseas and were delighted to find this property as it was perfect in size and position plus we were able to book for a number of days rather than a whole week.

The owner was extremely helpful on all levels, and we enjoyed a trouble-free holiday in this lovely spacious, well-equipped home from home which we didn't want to leave.

The Family Break

What a marvellous property - we would definitely recommend. A high standard of accommodation, beautifully furnished, well equipped, with attention to detail,spacious and spotlessly clean. Fantastic, well equipped kitchen, with a spectacular main bedroom and the added bonus of having 2 lounges - one for the adults, one for the children. A child safe, large wrap-around hedged garden (the boys enjoyed picking apples). Within easy reach of the beach and coastal path and a 10 minute drive to Padstow. With the addition of fishing nets, body boards, windbreak for the beach on good days and lots of books, games, jigsaws and videos on bad days.

Make up of party - Grandparents with 2 grandchildren (9 and 10), son and partner with 2 boys of 5, and twin boys of 11 weeks. We had a ball!

As a child we spent our holidays in Padstow and hadn't been back in decades. We need a longer stay next time!!

The other has acres of rock pools and natural swimming pool. 20 minute lovely coastal walk to Harlyn Bay. Padstow 5 minute drive. There are a number of lovely beaches within 15 minute drive. Trevose Head championship golf course a 5 minute drive away. Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan within 30 minute drive.

Newquay Airport is 10 miles away. Car hire essential

Distances:

Village pub and beach cafe within easy walking distance. Great Farm shop 1 mile away. Padstow, with it's pretty harbour, Rick Steins restaurant and other great restaurants is only 5 minute drive (or you can take a coastal walk). Watergate Bay with it's Extreme Sports Academy and Jamie Olivers 15 Restaurant is 7 miles away. Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan and numerous National Trust properties within easy driving distance. Tennis centre, aquarium and zoo in Newquay. Nearest cinema 7 miles.

Further Details:

Tesco supermarket in Padstow - 2 miles away.

Bedruthan Steps is within a few miles, as is Boscastle - both beautiful National Trust locations.
