Apartment in Moraira, Costa Blanca North, Spain - Self-Contained, Beautiful Location, Close To Town And Beaches

The apartment is situated in well-kept beautiful gardens, facing out onto a large pool and terrace. The pool is occasionally used by the owner in the heat of summer but guests' privacy is extremely important to us so rest assured we're there when you need us but not otherwise! There are outside seating areas: a south-west facing pool terrace offering sun from mid-morning to sunset and a private dining terrace for the perfect, lazy breakfast or a relaxing evening barbecue. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided. The apartment is cool and well-appointed. Comfortably furnished. Note: the apartment is accessed by a flight of ten or so steps leading up from the guest parking area, therefore we're afraid to say it doesn't offer disabled access.

NOTE ON MINIMUM STAY: Over the summer months and for Bank Holiday weekends (including Easter) we insist on a seven night minimum stay. Other times of the year we're more flexible.

Utility Room: Ironing board and iron provided and the owner is happy to offer a complimentary washing service. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen changed weekly. This apartment was very cozy and well kept

The entire property is lovely, well kept and very private. Lots of day trips from here as you are close to everything and we invited the host Diana to join us on a few if these. Their hospitality during our stay was outstanding, felt like we were staying with family, I would recommend this place to family and friends and anyone else without any hesitation

Had the most amazing and peaceful holiday. Diane and Antonio were the perfect hosts. Can't rate enough. Easy reach of amenities and Moraria. Will definitely be rebooking for next year.

Perfect holiday accommodation for 2 people.

Quiet hillside location with a superb pool and in close proximity to Moraira. The property has everything you require for a totally relaxing retreat.Diana and Antonio are welcoming and helpful as well as totally respectful of your privacy. I unhesitatingly recommend this property.

Convenient base for November walk hol

Thanks, Diane, for your welcome & attention to our needs. The directions for arrival could have been improved (the written notes taken form Google and the map link were inconsistent). The shower flow was low, but the temperature rose after I mentioned it had been tepid. We were grateful for the room heater. A mosquito repeller would have been welcome but we did not think to ask you until the end. We really enjoyed walking in the local area and hills.

Special interest holidays:

The coast is very popular for divers with a couple of diving centres in Moraira.


Ten minutes walk to the closest beach, a beautiful, quiet pebbled cove with a beach bar.

Sandy beaches are easily reached by car within a few minutes. The main beach is in Moraira itself (with free parking) but the coast road features several stretches en route.


Alicante airport is 95 km away, an hour and fifteen minutes drive.

Valencia is 130km.

We do recommend visitors hire a car so they can take advantage of the local towns and sights. This is also a mountainous area so walking can be tiring.

That said, there is a bus service that can be booked from Alicante to the closest supermarket, fifteen minutes walk away. And there are several taxi companies for people who would rather not drive themselves.


Ten minutes drive to Moraira or Calpe.

Half an hour drive to Benidorm with its theme and water parks.

There is also a slow but attractive (and incredibly cheap!) train to Benidorm and Alicante. The train station is ten minutes drive from the apartment with free car parking.

Further Details:

We're about five minutes drive from Moraira, a lovely, attractive, cosmopolitan town with excellent restaurants, shops and sandy beaches. Boat trips and jet-ski hire is available.

The coast road leading to town features a beautiful beach walk with restaurants, cafes and bars to stop off in en route.

In the other direction lies Calpe which is much bigger with a wide selection of shopping and dining, stretches of sandy beach and the stunning Peñón de Ifach, a rock peninsula and nature reserve. There is also a coastal walk to Calpe which is gorgeous but you do need to be fairly fit!
