The House is ideally situated five minutes walk from the historic georgian port of Charlestown, where you may be lucky enough to see the tall square sail ships berthed in the harbour where the famous Poldark series is filmed.There is a small pebble and sand beach beautiful coastal walks and boat trips as well as being ideally situated for visiting the Lost Gardens of Heligan 7 miles away , the Eden Project 4 miles away and many other major attractions. The harbour remains quaint, there are lovely sea food restaurants and pubs to spend an evening so you don't have to drive and then return to a lovely well equipped pet friendly home with everything you will need. Changeover day is a Saturday'

We bought the house to enable us to take our lovely dalmation Scarlett on holiday with us, we have been coming to this part of South Cornwall for many years and love it so much.

Notes on accommodation: Accommodation is of a high standard and design if you require any special additions please contact us and we will do our best to meet your requests. Outside: There is an enclosed garden which is well fenced for both children and pets there is a patio area with barbecue and garden furniture. There is allocated parking. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The Property is cleaned for changeover every Saturday, we provide all linen and towels. Other: 2 Bedrooms have TVs and ipod.

Good layout & clean, modern fixtures. Parking good - essential in a place like Charlestown. Very well situated for visiting other areas. Charlestown is well served with several good restaurants which are walkable going downhill, but coming back uphill can be tiring.

Nice modern cottage with all mod cons, like being at home, just a short walk to the harbour and restaurants. Would certainly go back as very easy to get about and visit all Cornwall has to offer

Beautiful, well equipped home from home.

We loved the house from the minute we arrived. It is very tastefully decorated, clean and had everything we needed as a family of 5. We especially liked the sea view from upstairs, the en suite shower room, and the garden table and benches. It is also a great central location to reach many other parts of Cornwall.

Very clean, very comfortable a home from home

If you are after modern new clean living in an attractive stone house in easy walk of Charlestown Harbour this is it. Just far enough out to not be battling the sightseeing traffic if you venture out in your car. Perfect base to tour Cornwall from and lovely to return to at the end of the day and walk down to quayside for a pasty and pint or have a meal in one of the restaurants. The house has everything you need to enjoy your holiday, tastefully decorated, all appliances you need and the owner was so quick to help if you need anything. We are booked and returning this year and are really looking forward to our stay again.

Bookings are taken from Saturday - Saturday, deposits of 50 % are required within 5 days of booking or full payment immediately if less than 8 weeks of arrival, cancellation details will be given on Information leaflet . Short breaks can be accommodated please enquire. Dogs are welcome a charge of £10 will be requested if bringing pets for additional cleaning. Please note that you must take out your own holiday insurance. Please contact regarding cancellation policy, deposits are non refundable. Whilst payments can be made by credit card when booking additional taxes are charged by HomeAway and not by myself (approx. £50+ is added) please email if you would prefer to pay by BACS when these additional payments can be avoided.

Changeover Day:
Arrival is after 4pm on Saturday and departure by 10 am.

Although i only take 7 night bookings please contact if you are interested in less as this may be possible excluding peak weeks.
